Used this company twice for my properties And I am very pleased. Very thorough. Thank you

Jamic and the Spectrum team were outstanding. I'm a 38 year career broker form a different state, but if these folks were in our market, I'd make sure they did all inspections. They scheduled us with just one days notice, were on time, and the report was extremely thorough. Jamic also spent time going over everything with us, and was just a super top notch experience overall.

I had a positive experience as Paolo inspected. I was able to see things I didn’t notice, that will need to be addressed.

Very thorough and quick

I loved it it went very well. Inspector was very informative and went over the inspection thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and respectful. Very nice!!

Spectrum provided a thorough inspection report for a very reasonable price and would recommend there services.

Our inspection was very thorough and professional, and it helped us as a checkpoint as our new construction home had its final touches.

Spectrum Inspection Group have made us feel much more confident buying our home. Professional, detailed and thorough, and considerate. The company was very responsive and proactive about scheduling conflicts. The inspectors take their time going over things and are very accessible with any questions. He even took time to highlight things that would be of more importance to us because of have small children. He educated on things he was looking at and why, and very professionally highlighted things that might need a specialist to review. The report was very clear with great images and videos. I can’t say enough good things!

We had an excellent experience with our home inspection. The inspector was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain their findings in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and pointed out both immediate concerns and items to monitor in the future

The inspection was very detailed and he looked at more things than expected. We showed up at the end of the inspection and got some preliminary information from the inspector. The report that we received was really helpful in understanding what was important vs. good to keep an eye on. I would highly recommend this company.

We were referred to Spectrum Inspection by our real estate agent Micah Bleecher. We appreciated how quickly Micah was able to schedule the home inspection with Spectrum so we could move forward with the home purchase. Thank you

Spectrum inspection group was recommended to us by our daughter. They exceeded expectations and did the most thorough inspection that I have ever had in past home purchases, and believe me there have been several. They are responsive to our agent, which is extremely important to us. I highly recommend them if you want a complete and thorough inspection on most likely the largest investment you’ll ever make.

The home inspector, Craig Husted, came on time, was pleasant, detailed & went over some of his findings with us which we appreciated. Also, the inspection report was emailed to us right away that night along with pics & description which was helpful so we can address the issues. I would recommend Craig to others that may be needing a home inspection. Thank you, Phyllis.

This was my first home inspection so I didn’t know what to expect. The inspector was very thorough. He went through his findings and explained everything to me. Overall, the experience was very positive.
