"I highly recommend Kaya over at Spectrum Inspection Group for your home inspection. He performed an incredibly thorough inspection of our new home. He didn’t rush through the property, taking the time to explain every detail, pointing out areas of concern, and answering all of our questions on-site. The final and follow up reports were detailed, easy to understand, and delivered quickly. We feel so much more confident in our purchase thanks to their expertise.

Used Spectrum again for my recent inspection. I always recommend them to my clients as the best alternative for a home inspection. Not only do they do a thorough and professional inspection, they are the agent’s friend. Their repair listing program makes showing and sending the repair request simple and smooth. Sean was outstanding! Precise through the whole home. I will use Spectrum on all my home purchases.

Spectrum did a fantastic and very thorough job inspected our new construction home before closing. They were able to identify a few significant defects including a hidden very slow leak coming from a sprinkler pipe in the ceiling which was not showing through the drywall. Saved us a lot of aggravation down the rode. The builder repaired the leak, replaced the drywall and insulation and repainted the ceiling. Thank goodness we went forward with the inspection in spit of the home warranty.

Spectrum is always very professional and helpful. Always on time and provides the report in a timely manner.

Paulo did an outstanding job inspecting the home we were purchasing. His thoroughness and professionalism truly stood out. We wholeheartedly recommend Spectrum Inspection Group, and particularly Paulo, for any home inspection.

Spectrum Home Inspection exceeded every expectation. Their inspection was incredibly thorough, detailed, and professional. Our inspector, Jemic, was outstanding. His knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process.

Even after the report was completed, I had several follow-up questions, and Jemic took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Having bought and sold many homes over the years, I can honestly say I’ve never worked with an inspector who was more knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.

The detailed report and excellent communication gave us confidence in moving forward with our purchase.
