Paolo, the home inspector who inspected a house we are purchasing in Nevada, provided a detailed inspection report on a timely basis (and shortly after completing the inspection). In addition, after reviewing the inspection we had a few specific questions about the property, and the items he identified in the report. He called me and spent time a few evenings after the inspection providing additional detail on the items in his report. This was service “above and beyond”.

Paolo at Spectrum did the inspection on the home Im purchasing. He took his time, was very thorough, and at the end, he made sure he discussed any major red flags and showed me all applicable areas and explained them thoroughly. He let me know there would be a lot more in thr final report but none of it was of major concern, just things to maintain to avoid future problems. When I received the final report, I was impressed by the level of detail and pictures, and it has given me a great guide to use as a maintenance checklist to complete over time once I am settled into the house. Paolo also gave me his card and suggested I could call him with any questions. I appreciated the communication throughout the process, the level of detail and willingness to communicate in the future.
