Spectrum Home Inspection exceeded every expectation. Their inspection was incredibly thorough, detailed, and professional. Our inspector, Jemic, was outstanding. His knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process.

Even after the report was completed, I had several follow-up questions, and Jemic took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Having bought and sold many homes over the years, I can honestly say I’ve never worked with an inspector who was more knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.

The detailed report and excellent communication gave us confidence in moving forward with our purchase. I highly recommend Spectrum Home Inspection, and especially Jemic, to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced home inspector. We will absolutely be using them again for our next home purchase.
