Spectrum Inspection Group have made us feel much more confident buying our home. Professional, detailed and thorough, and considerate. The company was very responsive and proactive about scheduling conflicts. The inspectors take their time going over things and are very accessible with any questions. He even took time to highlight things that would be of more importance to us because of have small children. He educated on things he was looking at and why, and very professionally highlighted things that might need a specialist to review. The report was very clear with great images and videos. I can’t say enough good things!
