We had an inspector from Spectrum come out and assess our new home. Our home is a brand new build through Pulte, so we didn't expect anything to be wrong, however we were mistaken. They did an incredibly thorough inspection, and found over 15 things that needed to be fixed. If you are not trained to look for these things, you will end up paying for it later on. Would definitely recommend Spectrum. Thank you!

Spectrum was the most thorough inspector I have ever had and I have purchased several homes. They took detailed photos and videos and explained everything perfectly.
