Spectrum did a fantastic and very thorough job inspected our new construction home before closing. They were able to identify a few significant defects including a hidden very slow leak coming from a sprinkler pipe in the ceiling which was not showing through the drywall. Saved us a lot of aggravation down the rode. The builder repaired the leak, replaced the drywall and insulation and repainted the ceiling. Thank goodness we went forward with the inspection in spit of the home warranty.

Spectrum is always very professional and helpful. Always on time and provides the report in a timely manner.

Spectrum Inspection Group did a great job with my home inspection. They were thorough, professional, and took the time to go through the property in detail. The report was clear, easy to understand, and included pictures with explanations, which made it easier for me to know what items needed attention.

I also appreciated that they used tools like thermal imaging and checked major areas such as the roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, attic, garage, interiors, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and sprinkler system. The report helped me feel more confident during the home-buying process and gave me a better understanding of the property’s condition.

I would definitely recommend Spectrum Inspection Group to anyone buying a home in the Las Vegas area. They were detailed, helpful, and worth the money.
