Sean arrived on schedule and completed a thorough inspection, especially in areas where I could not or would not go in the house (i.e., attic, roof, behind the electrical box dead plate). The report was completed with thorough explanations of the findings. The was useful in working with the builder to have things cleaned up around the property prior to accepting the keys to move in. I was very happy with the experience with Spectrum and will use them again in the future.

Honestly, they caught so many things that we would have never noticed ourselves. Just because a home is brand new doesn’t mean everything is perfect, and having Spectrum inspect our home gave us so much peace of mind. We were able to have the items they found addressed before closing, which we are extremely grateful for.

We also loved that they offer a package specifically for new construction homes. If you’re buying a new build, I would definitely recommend having Spectrum inspect it. It was absolutely worth it, and we’re so glad we did!
