Called at 1pm on a Sunday! They secured an appointment for the next day! Write up a complete home and pool/spa inspection within 24 hours with a video walk thru summary. What I appreciate the most is the integrity of the inspection. The report gave an unbiased view of all aspects of electrical, plumbing, structure, AC and heating. The information was extremely valuable in assessing what issues we may face with the home immediately and in the near horizon. We had Spectrum inspect our home we were purchasing. The inspector was amazing, he let us know of many issues including foundation issues... needless to say we decided to walk out of the purchase.

1 week later we found a new home and called Spectrum again. They are so diligent and professional. When completed they sent over his report with all the pictures he took and explained exactly what was noted in the report.

It was very clear, concise, and left no questions unanswered.
