Santos was OUTSTANDING- prompt, quick to diagnose the problem, transparent. Replaced the blower fan and fixed the collector - had my HVAC unit up and running again in a matter of hours.

Easy process from beginning to end. Contacted them 4 months ago to quote a full system replacement, and decided against moving forward at the time. Winter comes and our system died overnight--called and they had me scheduled for an install within 48 hours at a price very near the original estimate. Crew arrived on time and was extremely professional moving through our home and completing the work. They explained everything and cleaned out all of the old system debris when they were done. Can't recommend them enough.

Great company, I’ve used them now for two repairs on my hvac systems and the technician are very attentive and knowledgeable. No hidden fees and prices are reasonable.

I had to get a new hvac system installed rather quickly due to mine breaking during extremely cold weather and RES did a phenomenal job. Not only did they have the best prices, they answered every question quickly and efficiently. They came out day of (which was a Saturday) to give me an estimate and had a next day install after I approved the estimate. The technicians who came were very professional and kind. They even shoveled all the ice/snow on my back patio, whereas another company I had looked at told me to do that in order for them to be able to work. Highly recommend RES.

My gas furnace made huge noises and house temperature peaked at 65F. I called Residential express for diagnosis. Their technician arrived and was very knowledgable, and honest. He solved the issue by replacing filters, without talking me into spending hundreds of dollar on unneeded fixes. I recommend residential express.
