I am very pleased with the air duct cleaning that Brice and TJ just completed for me. They notified me when they were on their way and showed up at the very beginning of the service window. They were pleasant, polite, and had a good sense of humor. Brice took the time to answer all of my questions and spent a good amount of time educating me on how to maintain my system to get the longest possible life out of it. I really appreciate everything he shared with me and have already purchased the filters that he recommended on Amazon and committed to replacing them at the interval he advised. Looking forward to scheduling an AC service with RES.

Robert was friendly , knowledgeable and efficient. Explained the problem with our air conditioner well to us. So we could understand that the filters needed to be cleaned well or replaced and the ac outside unit needs to be showered down well on all sides. Thank you for your kindness and your helpfulness. We will definitely call Residential Express again. We will also let people know that they are a great company..

Very satisfied with the entire experience today with Residential Express Heating and Air. I was scheduled for an appointment next week, and put on a cancellation list for today. I was not here was a cancellation for today😊. Dave our technician called ahead, showed up when he said he would and checked out our system and resolved our problem. He was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. This is the 2nd service call since March for different units and we have been very pleased with our experiences.

Can’t express enough about how this companies customer service! I had Dave perform my summer service and he did things that my prior company NEVER did. I would highly recommend this company. They do not look for problems, they do what is necessary!
