We're in a condo and need to get our air conditioner replaced. We got a few estimates and RES by far was the most professional in so many respects, and the prices were comparable to the other estimates we got. Due to a few unforeseeable conditions, we aren't able to get our air conditioner installed for another few weeks (partly due to a national shortage of the new coolant and partly due to our buildings design). RES came and installed a portable air conditioner in our unit in the meantime at no charge!!!
They've been extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

After a bad experience with a different provider, residential express was a breath of fresh air! They quoted me a window of 10 AM to 2 PM, and the technician was there almost exactly at 10 AM. He was friendly, polite, no nonsense and patient with all my questions.

While the previous provider told me that my system was “completely shot“ and quoted me $19,000 to replace the whole thing, Residential express determined that my coolant was low, charging me a little over $100 for the recharge and $90 for the service call. He also gave me some tips about maintaining the unit, to help at last even longer.

Cannot recommend Them highly enough.

Tech arrived on time, performed the maintenance and was easy to talk to.
