I had Brice and TJ come and do a thorough cleaning of Duct for my townhouse. The place was very dirty as the previous owner did not change filter for 18 months, etc. I can't thank enough to Brice and TJ, because of their help we can breathe a lot easier and the place and the air home is a lot cleaner. Brice also helped put a chicken wire and bird net so that no birds can go into the dryer vent. We are truly grateful for the help of Brice and TJ as they have worked very hard and diligently went to 4 Home Depot stores to find the right part to cover my duct from any thing entering the home from outside. They are consummate professionals. I strongly recommend to anyone need a duct cleaning and cleaning HVAC system at home.

Details: I used the form on their website to request a maintenance visit for my AC, before warm weather starts. They responded via email right away and provided me with all pertinent details and asked me relevant questions, such as how tall the ladder they would need to get to the AC unit located on the roof. The technician (Majid), arrived on time and was very considerate of things in my apartment. Majid diligently, without rushing inspected my AC coil inside and the actual AC unit on the roof. He had the right size ladder required, as was discussed during the initial communications when I made my appointment. He not once tried to upsell me and patiently explained his actions.
