I bought 2 Carrier 4 tons almost 1 year ago and are very satisfied with the quality of the units, price and service of Residential Express Services (RES). Marlo, a RES technician, came out yesterday to do a complimentary maintenance, checking and cleaning of the units. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He checked, cleaned, and vacuumed my units. This is a first a service company called to schedule a preventive maintenance service. I highly recommend this company.

Mary called me to schedule the preventive service visit for my A/Cs. This is the first time a company calls me to schedule a tune-up visit (2 complimentary tune-up visits during the first year of service).
Marlo came to my home today to check on my new Carrier A/C units installed by RES in Nov 2025. He was very professional and courteous. He explained his tune-up process and answered my questions. He secured any loose wire (only 1) due to machine vibration, suction and vacuum any dirt from the A/C. He checked both units (main floor and basement), and the units outside my home. Everything is working well. I truly appreciate RES excellent service.

We had an HVAC system suddenly stop functioning and were pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to come out (within 48 hours). The technician was very knowledgeable and answered every question (we had lots of them). The issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and we got a great sense of some other wear and tear on the system that would need to be addressed in the near future. We are absolutely going to work with them again.

RES is exceptional! Their service keeps me up and running. No sales pitch. Perhaps a suggestion to make things more efficient! I trust them. I usually have DAVID who knows my house. Today he could have talked me into duct cleaning but instead asked me several questions to assess if I needed it. Impressive. I like that I always have the same tech… David…. Because he knows my house.

Different team today. William and others who installed new AC. They were great to have here. They ran into a couple of challenges but didn’t leave until all to their expectations. I had lots of questions. All answered. Love RES. As an elderly lady who wants things right, I get what I pay for. Happy customer.

That (above) was in 2023 and we have called RES twice since then and have had the same fast response on both occasions, and the same great level of service, the most recent in May 2026. We highly recommend.

RES is a lifesaver! A previous company misdiagnosed the problem, dismantled our units, and basically walked away for the weekend, leaving with no AC on a 95 degree day.

Our technician Maged quickly diagnosed the problem, got everything wired back up, and had everything working again…all on the same day I called.

When we moved into our small condo this past summer, after renting it out for years, we discovered our aged HVAC was filthy and making sluggish noises. Luckily enough, we found Residential Express Services Heating & AC through YELP. William, one of their soft-spoken savvy top-notch techs, came to have a look. He had to change the outdated thermostat, and he spent quite some time thoroughly cleaning inside the unit and the area surrounding it. Like I said, it was filthy. He advised us to sign up for the yearly maintenance program and convinced us to contact his company so that their duct cleaning folks would come to remove old lint, etc. which was inside the ducts. The duct cleaning gentlemen went above and beyond cleaning our ducts. They discovered the silver dryer hose was not connected to the dryer so all that lint was flying around and the cabinet door with the stackable...

Called them yesterday to get appointment for diagnostics, second opinion. They were able to schedule me for this morning. Were promptly. Validated my concerns that our system was fine. Answered all my questions. I signed up as a customer for the maintenance program, leaving contractor we have used for past 11 years because lost trust in them. I am very pleased.

Residential Express Services did the air conditioning maintenance today. The tech (Maged) called ahead of time, was respectful, engaging, informative and thorough. Maged had some helpful advice to slightly increase the filter size for more efficient filtering and a few other things. 5 Star experience.

Fabian and the team were amazing. They were professional and courteous explaining the process to replace. A true commitment to 100% customer satisfaction was evident in their approach. Bravo~

UPDATE 4/24/2026:
I cannot say enough about how honest and genuinely helpful RES Home Services has been. Tra went out of his way to guide me through an entire hot water heater replacement process — including being upfront about going to Home Depot for parts — and talked me through an emergency situation with real care. What stood out most is that he took the time to help me and walk me through everything even when he wasn’t getting paid for it. He genuinely cared more about making sure I was okay than about making money off the situation. As a woman dealing with home repairs, I am always on guard for people who might take advantage. Not once did I feel that with Tra. He was always available, always honest, and always had my best interest at heart. This is the kind of service you tell everyone about. Truly grateful.

Favian, William and the staffs are excellent, professional and organized. They are very responsive to my questions. I am happy with the HVAC and water heater replacements.
