I am extremely satisfied with the service from Residential Express Heating & Air, especially the technician named Robert.
My electric heating system had been blowing fuses repeatedly for a long time. Sometimes it would run fine for a few months, other times only a few weeks or days, and occasionally the fuse would blow immediately after being replaced. A previous company had come out before, but they only replaced the fuse without finding or fixing the root cause.
I called Residential Express Heating & Air in the morning, and within about three hours they sent Robert to my home. He also courteously texted me 20 minutes ahead of arrival.
Robert worked very thoroughly and carefully. He went up into the attic to inspect the blown fuse in the air handler, then went outside to the unit in the yard to trace the wiring that might be causing the fuse to blow. He went...

Santos was OUTSTANDING- prompt, quick to diagnose the problem, transparent. Replaced the blower fan and fixed the collector - had my HVAC unit up and running again in a matter of hours.

Easy process from beginning to end. Contacted them 4 months ago to quote a full system replacement, and decided against moving forward at the time. Winter comes and our system died overnight--called and they had me scheduled for an install within 48 hours at a price very near the original estimate. Crew arrived on time and was extremely professional moving through our home and completing the work. They explained everything and cleaned out all of the old system debris when they were done. Can't recommend them enough.

Professional and great communication! Tra is amazing and great to communicate with. We had our HVAC system break and needed replacing. Robert came out to access and help figure out what needed to be done. He did an amazing job explaining the process. Robert and Mario completed the installation and were amazing to work with. They both did an excellent job! 10/10 would recommend!!!
