Responds very quickly to questions and communicates wonderfully. Submitted my sunglasses in took them about the estimated time they told me, 3-4 weeks. Sent me email about it being completed. Paid my dues and arrived back to me just in time. The sunglasses was a gift to a friend and they seem to really like it!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to change their frame to a different color. Thank you very much!!

This is my third time using Northwest Frame Repair for my sunglasses. My sunglasses always come back exactly as I want them and more. Their attention to detail is amazing. They are easy to work with and I highly recommend them for frame repairs.

Because of staffing challenges, there were periods of a lack of communication and delay in service.

I was referred to this place by my optician in Philadelphia. I sent them my dad's US Army issued frames from 1956 (American Optical Sampson model) for a refurbishment and I couldn't be any happier! They replaced any necessary screws, cleaned them, and re-electroplated them in 18K gold. Absolutely fantastic job and reasonable prices. Would definitely use again for eyeglass restoration.

Application process (frame repair estimate) was a bit wonky. NW failed to send me an estimate via Quickbooks; had I not followed up with NW and requested status info, I fear that my frames would have just sat on some shelf with no flag from NW. This seems to be a glitch in the intake process.

All customer service personnel were excellent.

They did a good job in fixing my frames. They also were able to hold my repaired frames 1week while I was on vacation. Only issue was the turnaround time for the fix. It was almost a month before they were ready. Fortunately I had my old pair of glasses to use.

After roughly 3 years my very expensive South Korean frames had run their course. The paint had sweated off where the frame touched my skin. Because I have a nickel allergy, I was plagued w/constant skin eruptions. I must say Northwest did a great job, not only replacing the screws and stabilizing the ear pieces, but repainting the entire frame. It's a slow and pricey process they look just about new. Happy camper here.

WOW!! That’s all I can say. I live in Florida any optometrist recommended Northwest frame repair as an option for my husband‘s classes. I looked online for the options and saw that I could send in the glasses. I wasn’t sure since I was sending it across the country if it actually would work. I called and spoke to Seth live and he walked me through the process. he also shared there may be two options for the glasses. One would be restoring with polish or going to an Mattt finish.
