This is my 2nd time around with my favorite glasses. Northwest does an amazing job everytime! New paint job, new stems & nose pads. Just awesome!

I had purchased glasses I loved online, but did not love the way they fit. After a lot of research, I sent them off to Northwest Frame Repair for modification to have adjustable nose pads added. They came back PERFECT! Great customer service, quick responses to questions. Would absolutely recommend them.

While cleaning out boxes of old memories, I found a 50 year old pair of Navy aviator glasses that belonged to my pilot father! One lens was cracked in half. I googled and eventually found Northwest Frame Repair. I called, found the website and had the lenses replaced. Northwest was a treat to work with. Every time I have my aviators on, I think of my dad and how he served the USA. Go Navy, beat Army!

Fantastic folks! Quick service… I have high cheekbones and round face such that most glasses sit right on my cheeks, and these people have the magic touch that lifts them off my face with a simple adaption by adding nose bridge lifts, which I have been looking for most of my life. They also repair damaged frames that are vintage and beloved. They’re all incredibly amazing sweet people, and they work quickly and over delivered by shipping them out quickly and before the expected delivery date. Absolutely amazing and I’m so glad that I found them and I’m gonna tell all my friends.

Northwest Frame Repair did an amazing job adding nose pads to a pair of Cutler & Gross acetate frames. They look like they came that way! Plus, the staff is really nice. I plan to send another pair of frames their way.

My natural horn frames were broken by a local shop when they tried to put in the lens. I did not think they could be repaired. NW Frame not only repaired them, with an almost invisible fix, they also put the lenses that had broken them back in. I could not be happier! I also sent them 14-year-old Cartier titanium frames that I had worn for years before the nosepiece broke off. They replaced the nosepieces and installed new wires around the lenses along with cleaning and refurbishing and sent them back to me looking like brand new frames. While those repairs were going on, another pair of natural horn frames fell off a table and broke, so they will be heading to NW for repair today. The whole process was fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions. The biggest surprise for me was how reasonably priced the services were. I expected to pay much...

I sent a pair of Stetson Navy Blue colored glasses in to have painted Copperhead color. Copperhead is a rough looking, on purpose, matte finish with a gold tint to it. These came out perfect! The price was right. The timing was exactly what they said it would be. And they did a great job! I’m very happy with their service. I have absolutely no complaints…
