Northwest Frame Repair exceeded my expectations. I sent a pair of metal frames to be repainted. NW frame communicated with me throughout the process aand dvised me on colors that might not work together (the frames are 2-tone). They emailed right away and answered the phone on the first ring. The work was done on the timeline they provided and I can't wait to get my RX put in them. I have a very complicated RX and will have my local optomistrimat fill them RX. I found NFR randomly online. For a reasonable price they were able to give my shiny acetate glasses a smooth matte finish. They also offered a satin finish. The process was smooth and quick.
