Needed plastic earpiece covers for the bayonet ends on my AO original pilot sunglasses. Request was handled professionally and quickly. Received replacements within a week. No issues. Fair pricing, good service. Glasses are like new again.

My dad passed away in October and one of the items of his that I wanted to keep were his American Optical aviators. He had prescription lenses in them so I needed them to be replaced and the pair to be refurbished a bit. These guys did a phenomenal job, replacing lenses, temples and nose pads with original AO parts so the glasses are like brand new. Now I can keep these and remember my old man every time I wear them.

The team at Northwest Frame Repair took my mid-80’s Wayfarers and turned them into a work of art. The frames were faded and had the tell-tale white spots of age. They also had some teeth marks showing where a previous owner would hold the frames in their teeth and my original lenses were also scratched. These glasses needed some TLC. That’s exactly what NFR did. The glasses I got back from them looked brand new. They had filled in the pock marks and polished and buffed the frames shiny and smooth. They were also able to order me new glass G-15 lenses to get this vintage pair of Wayfarers back as close to original as possible. Their work was beautiful and I’m enjoying wearing them.

I sent in my favorite pair of glasses for restoration. They are black but has turned gray over time. The company called me to discuss what options I had, and were very upfront with what could or couldn’t be done to them. The turnaround time was faster than expected, and the results are amazing! I now have my favorite frames refreshed and I love them!
