Finally a Frame Repair place that does it all. They are transparent, honest and professional in their work. Before they started on my antique wire rim glasses they made sure that i agree to what they are going to repair and the cost. My frames are perfect, and you can't find the repair they made, and I"m sure they realigned the frame. They will have my business in the future and I will let my follow veteran now about also. I am absolutely amazed by the work done on my glasses! I have a pair of glasses that the entire frame is Swarovski crystals and it’s so hard to find someone where I am located that isn’t afraid to touch them for fear of breaking them. I went to the place where I bought them and was given Northwest Frame Repair’s information. It was a quick process to reach out and ask if they could help me. I was happy when I got a response back saying they could help so I shipped them off (praying they made it in one piece the entire time lol) and it wasn’t long before I got my estimate and approved the work. I just got them back today and they look brand new! I had two crystals replaced as well as the nose pieces and had them tightened and cleaned. Thank you so much for restoring my favorite glasses back to brand new! I am a repeat customer for sure!

Northwest Frame Repair was so easy to work with and made repairs very quickly. I sent in my partner’s frames that had snapped at the nose bridge. They were able to fix the break with a splint that, while visible, isn’t too noticeable when wearing the glasses. I am so grateful to have had the option of repairing and was very happy with the communication, speed of service and final product. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing frame repair!
