They did a wonderful job repairing my glasses! I mailed my glasses in, they emailed me a quote and then repaired them and sent them back. The process was hassle free and totally worth it.

Can’t say enough good things about this business! I randomly found them on Google because I was desperate to fix my favorite pair of glasses that broke. I took them to three different eye glass stores including my eye doctor and they denied the repair. They said it was not repairable and I had to order a new pair of glasses. So happy I found NWFR because they were quick to respond, reasonable pricing and were able to fix my glasses and make them look brand new again! NW Frame Repair does excellent work. Their service is usual, but they explained how powder coating works, then walked me through options - making sure that I understood each. In the end, I did not get a powder coat ... because they explained that, in my case, I would not be happy with the result. But I recommend them to others!! CJ
