Everything was perfect from start to finish. The entire process was very easy, very professional, and, very efficient. Once I submitted my glasses for repair, I shortly received an email of an estimate, I approved the estimate, and, my glasses were repaired as instructed, and, are good as new. Highly recommend and will be back for future repairs.

Actual humans on the other end. They respond to you. Made complex fix on my favorite adored eye glasses. When they broke again because I fell, they fixed them again free of charge under warrantee!

I had infused nose pads on my Cazal acetate frames to stop the frames from sliding down my nose. I initiated contact via email & text. Through the whole process their communication was top notch.
