Northwest Frame Repair is the best! They provide much-needed services that I couldn't find locally, even in Los Angeles. I had a pair of metal frames from 1973. They replaced the shredded temple tips and nose pads, giving the frames a new lease on life! I took them in to my ophthalmologist to adjust the fit slightly, and he marveled at the great workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend their services!

Outstanding quality of work on two pairs of older frames. Turnaround time for the work was very quick. Pricing was quite reasonable. This was the second time I've used Northwest for restoration services. Highly recommended and will use their services again, if necessary.

I have to comment on my brother Frank's eyewear repair when I bring his glasses to him this weekend. After he wears them for a while, then we can submit a response. Other than that, it seemed like a very long time to get the repair done, especially when I made a payment right away. Also, it was difficult to speak with someone on the phone as it wasn't attended to receive inbound calls from customers in a timely manner. Thank you.

While cleaning out boxes of old memories, I found a 50 year old pair of Navy aviator glasses that belonged to my pilot father! One lens was cracked in half. Fantastic folks! Quick service… I have high cheekbones and round face such that most glasses sit right on my cheeks, and these people have the magic touch that lifts them off my face with a simple adaption by adding nose bridge lifts, which I have been looking for most of my life. They also repair damaged frames that are vintage and beloved. They’re all incredibly amazing sweet people, and they work quickly and over delivered by shipping them out quickly and before the expected delivery date. Absolutely amazing and I’m so glad that I found them and I’m gonna tell all my friends.
