Exact fit for my vintage American Optical vintage aviators…Only site where I could find OEM cables. Very helpful customer service. Good value and a first quality product. Would happily do business with them again.

I asked ChatGPT for suggestions on a company to restore my old frames. They were in a horrible state of disrepair and needed to be restored. I contacted Northwest Frame repair, sent them pictures and they responded they could help. I shipped them the frames, they replaced the temple tips, nose pads, some screws, and powder-coated the metal frame. They now look brand new! So happy I had them do the work
Thank you Northwest Frame Repair.

So far my experience has been good. I can’t wait to get an update on the repair or time frame on when I might receive my sunglasses

Adding to my earlier review. I have had now a second pair painted. A lovely tela I has seen. Once again things were easy and my frames arrived just as I expected!!! From now on I will only want to purchase metal frames so that I can have them painted just as I wish.

It was simply perfect. I wanted to have my frames in a different color, and it was so easy. I picked a color, shipped the lenses with instructions and a few weeks later I have my favorite lenses in a gorgeous color that I love and suits my complexion. Can u tell it is my favorite color? Even with glasses my eyes now pop!! This is such a perfect service that I know I will use them again, and again, and again. Choosing another color for a second pair of glasses. Cannot recommend them more.

They did a great job repairing a 30 year old pair of Ray-Bans for me. They were quick, the work was excellent, and I could not be happier.

Top Quality and service! Best in the world!

Northwest Frame Repair is the best! They provide much-needed services that I couldn't find locally, even in Los Angeles. I had a pair of metal frames from 1973. They replaced the shredded temple tips and nose pads, giving the frames a new lease on life! I took them in to my ophthalmologist to adjust the fit slightly, and he marveled at the great workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend their services!

Outstanding quality of work on two pairs of older frames. Turnaround time for the work was very quick. Pricing was quite reasonable. This was the second time I've used Northwest for restoration services. Highly recommended and will use their services again, if necessary.

Great job

Excellent, glasses have never looked better.

I have to comment on my brother Frank's eyewear repair when I bring his glasses to him this weekend. After he wears them for a while, then we can submit a response. Other than that, it seemed like a very long time to get the repair done, especially when I made a payment right away. Also, it was difficult to speak with someone on the phone as it wasn't attended to receive inbound calls from customers in a timely manner. Thank you.

Excellent work and attention to detail.

I was leaving for a six week trip and my 25 year old sunglasses broke a few days and Athese guys were able to a wonderful job of repairing them and sending them back to me, in better condition then they’d been in years.

Thank you all so much for giving new life to my grandmother’s glasses!! They're perfect and I was very excited when they came in the mail!

Northwest refurbished two of my frames and did a great job. They look like new. Thank you

Excellent repair job and honest real answers to my questions instead of maximizing the bill!

This is my 2nd time around with my favorite glasses. Northwest does an amazing job everytime! New paint job, new stems & nose pads. Just awesome!

I had purchased glasses I loved online, but did not love the way they fit. After a lot of research, I sent them off to Northwest Frame Repair for modification to have adjustable nose pads added. They came back PERFECT! Great customer service, quick responses to questions. Would absolutely recommend them.

The process was easy and painless. Thanks for helping me to get my sunglasses fixed!

While cleaning out boxes of old memories, I found a 50 year old pair of Navy aviator glasses that belonged to my pilot father! One lens was cracked in half. I googled and eventually found Northwest Frame Repair. I called, found the website and had the lenses replaced. Northwest was a treat to work with. Every time I have my aviators on, I think of my dad and how he served the USA. Go Navy, beat Army!

They fix my glasses that are very important to me!

Outstanding service! My authentic designer frames were damaged by Lens Direct installing prescription lenses. Repaired perfectly. Reasonably priced and quick turnaround!! Thank you much!!

Fantastic folks! Quick service… I have high cheekbones and round face such that most glasses sit right on my cheeks, and these people have the magic touch that lifts them off my face with a simple adaption by adding nose bridge lifts, which I have been looking for most of my life. They also repair damaged frames that are vintage and beloved. They’re all incredibly amazing sweet people, and they work quickly and over delivered by shipping them out quickly and before the expected delivery date. Absolutely amazing and I’m so glad that I found them and I’m gonna tell all my friends.

Northwest Frame Repair did an amazing job adding nose pads to a pair of Cutler & Gross acetate frames. They look like they came that way! Plus, the staff is really nice. I plan to send another pair of frames their way.
