They did an excellent job of repairing my glasses I broke! They made them back to brand new!

Northwest Frame Repair did a fantastic job on glasses that I thought were beyond repair. I was really happy with the result as well as how easy the process was. Communication was seamless and transparent throughout. Thanks!

My 35 year old AO Original Pilots are as good or better than new. Great communication. Fair pricing.

I was referred to Northwest Frame Repair by American Optical to have my Dad's vintage pilot sunglasses refurbished and realigned. To my pleasant surprise, they completed and returned the sunglasses in time for Father's Day. I highly recommend Northwest Frame Repair. Thank you!

Great service. Quick.

Had a pair of very nice Matsuda titanium frames that fell off while deplaning and was trampled on by several persons. Needless to say they were not in great shape. This service returned them to like new saving me $$$$. Highly recommend Northwest Frame Repair for the quality of work and service and more than reasonable pricing.

Great communication and work. Was unable to locate another pair of the same frames I cherished and NWFR restored my old ones beautifully.

Excellent service and workmanship. Thank you.

Excellent repairs, professional in all interactions. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of work. Plan on using them for another pair of frames that need restoration.

Wonderful service! My 10 year old glasses that I just loved were refurbished and came out beautifully!!! Gorgeous new color! Couldn’t be happier!!

These guys are terrific! Particularly Adam Davis. The prices are fair. The service is friendly and they do things that I think almost no one else in the country can do. I’m so delighted to be one of their loyal customers for life!

Great service and work !!!! Love it

AWESOME! Northwest does amazing work. I'm satisfied every time so far. They've worked on two pairs of my glasses, and they've come back five-star.

I had infused nose pads on my Cazal acetate frames to stop the frames from sliding down my nose. I initiated contact via email & text. Through the whole process their communication was top notch. I had a tight deadline to get my glasses before my wedding & they delivered fast service. I highly recommend their services 100%.

Responds very quickly to questions and communicates wonderfully. Submitted my sunglasses in took them about the estimated time they told me, 3-4 weeks. Sent me email about it being completed. Paid my dues and arrived back to me just in time. The sunglasses was a gift to a friend and they seem to really like it!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to change their frame to a different color. Thank you very much!!

A little slow but frames look fantastic. Thank you

Amazing repair
Great communication through the process

This is my third time using Northwest Frame Repair for my sunglasses. My sunglasses always come back exactly as I want them and more. Their attention to detail is amazing. They are easy to work with and I highly recommend them for frame repairs.

My glasses looks brand new just like I just got them. I would recommend them to anyone. If I ever need restoration or fixing to my glasses these are my go to spot ☺️🙌🏾🙌🏾

Because of staffing challenges, there were periods of a lack of communication and delay in service.

I was referred to this place by my optician in Philadelphia. I sent them my dad's US Army issued frames from 1956 (American Optical Sampson model) for a refurbishment and I couldn't be any happier! They replaced any necessary screws, cleaned them, and re-electroplated them in 18K gold. Absolutely fantastic job and reasonable prices. Would definitely use again for eyeglass restoration.

Application process (frame repair estimate) was a bit wonky. NW failed to send me an estimate via Quickbooks; had I not followed up with NW and requested status info, I fear that my frames would have just sat on some shelf with no flag from NW. This seems to be a glitch in the intake process.

actual refurbishment on my frames is excellent.

Very professional and courteous. Exceeded in attention to details of my request in ordering eyeglass parts. Parts were mailed, received in a timely manner and a complete order.
Northwest optical has been my go-to for several years.
My order was turn key and very reasonably priced.
