Chris and Mitch went above and beyond to help us with our carpet. My dog threw up and we tried multiple cleaners and nothing worked to get rid of the awful smell of vomit. They were able to get the smell out and we couldn’t be more happier with their service. They also helped repair and patch a piece of carpet that looks great. We feel so lucky and grateful they came to the rescue. They are the best and exceeded our every expectation and a 1000 times more! 😃

I just had a great experience with Carpet MD. It's true what they say, not all carpet cleaning companies are created equal. Two others companies I've used in the past did less than average. I needed to have my 'very' old carpets clean before listing our house to sale. Mitch was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We learned a lot about carpet care from him and he did such an amazing job! Our carpet looks brand new and feels so much better! We just moved into a home where the previous owners had dogs and never had a professional clean. The carpet was feeling terrible and Mitch from Carpet MD revived it back to life again. We now feel safe and comfortable playing on the floor with our toddler. Also, this is the second time we’ve used Carpet MD and they did not disappoint! Thank you!

This was the first time we used Carpet MD but it will not be the last! They did a great job. Our carpet looks great. We have dogs and I was concerned that the area the dogs lay in was going to be difficult if not impossible to look like the rest of the carpet but it does. Chris was great. He went over the options and there was no high pressure to do a bunch of additions or go on some plan. I would highly recommend Carpet MD.

Carpet MD was on time and I’m completely impressed with how great the carpets look! I have a five-year-old who apparently thinks the floor is like a plate but bigger… Every single stain was removed and my wife just commented on How it looks like we have brand new carpet! I would highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of having Mitch come by and perform our cleaning service. He gave us a quote for some living room furniture and the seats in one of our cars, dry vacuumed everything, then did an amazingly thorough job of steam cleaning it all (and a spot on the seat of our other car, just to be kind). It all turned out great, and the car seats look brand new. Most importantly, Mitch asked us questions along the way, making sure our needs were met, and was just the friendliest fellow.

Mitch happened to find another spot starting that I did not see while he was vacuuming prior to shampooing so they fixed that as well.
