Carpet MD Inc

Prompt service, Covid precautions taken. House protections used (booties, dust covers, etc.)
Knowledgeable and professional- even had information for additional inquiry.
Very helpful and courteous staff. Would highly recommend this business versus hiring a corporate entity that has neither the time nor the desire for personalized service.

Vary professional, vary quick and easy to work with.

Professional service and quality cleaning.

I love my clean carpet!! Carpet MD has gained a new faithful customer! Their prompt service, great manners, precise attention to detail and wonderful customer service makes them the best carpet cleaning service we’ve ever had! Our carpet is now clean, with no residue and took only a few short hours to dry. Thank you, Carpet MD, for the great service!

Great company and great attention to detail! Chris did an incredible job!

Great service and Mitch did an awesome job cleaning my rug! Highly reccomend!!

I only use this business to clean my carpets. They always give me a fair price and they have removed stains I didn’t think could be removed.
My carpets are always cleaner than I ever expected.

Carpet MD, did a great job today! They

I highly recommend this company. They were very responsive and communicative. The technician was really great!— efficient, polite, smart, ambitious and very trustworthy.
The owner is very personable and the dispatcher attentive to our scheduling needs. Don’t hesitate hire them.

This is the fourth time that I’ve used Carpet MD for carpet and area rugs. I appreciate how thorough they are and how carefully they work in my home. I’m planning to schedule an appointment for duct cleaning as well. It’s a pleasure working with Carpet MD.

I am very pleased with my experience with Carpet MD. For me, it all starts with good communication and this team gets an A+ from me. The process of getting an on-site estimate was thorough, informative, comprehensive and the cost was right in line. Chris did an excellent job of protecting the site (the corner protectors were awesome!) Now to the carpet/area rug. This process left them so clean and fresh! They weren’t saturated and dried in about 6 hours! One tough stain required some extra attention and now it’s gone! I can happily recommend this service!

Professional, friendly staff. Did a great job on carpets as well as getting our couch looking much better!

Carpet MD went above and beyond our expectations for carpet cleaning. This is a fantastic small business and highly recommended.

They were wonderful about answering all my questions, and my carpets look beautiful.

Our carpets had a necessary deep clean and I was not disappointed. The lingering smell of dog has vanished and our carpets seem new.

good job as always. got dried, crusty play dough off the area rug.

Very good service, Mitch was so professional, friendly and hard-working. Couldn't be happier.

Chris was amazing.

I have used carpet md for years. They are friendly, professional, and do a great job. They are also always on time, or call promptly if there might be any delays I also appreciate that they check on any carpet concerns before starting, and then walk thru with me to make sure okay before leaving. All in all they are just really nice people.
