I scheduled carpet cleaning for early morning. The technician Averi called ahead and came right on time. I pointed out problem areas and Averi went to work. I was devastated to learn that someone had dumped a 1/2 cup of liquid melt wax on my carpet and did not tell me. Once I found it, I called several carpet repair places and was told the only way to fix it was to cut out the carpet that was affected and replace it with carpet from a closet floor. I hired Carpet MD who sent Chris to do the work. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the result. What is exemplary is that Chris looked at the whole picture of the situation. He very thoughtfully suggested that he try something else before cutting. Oh my gosh! He removed almost all of the wax and the carpet looks as if it never had any wax on it! So cutting was not necessary.
In addition he removed the wax that had splashed in the end of my couch. He and Evan, his apprentice, were friendly, and respectful during the whole process. The cost of the service was quite...
