A couple years ago, Gavin and Joe did an AMAZING job on my carpets, which had a dozen deep week-old blood stains in addition to multiple dog barf spots. I was not expecting miracles with the blood stains, because I had already worked on them myself for almost two hours with several chemicals to little effect. So I was astonished that Joe and Gavin managed to get all the blood out and the even older dog stains as well. And they left me a free courtesy bottle of approved spot cleaner, which I got to use an hour after they left when the dog threw up on the freshly...
