I received excellent carpet cleaning service from Carpet MD. They responded quickly when I scheduled my appointment, and Chris provided professional, thorough, and friendly service. He did an impressive job cleaning my carpet and removing stains. I also appreciated the follow-up call the next day after the service, which is something you don’t often see today. I recently had my carpets cleaned by Carpet MD. The person who arrived was polite and easy to work with. He was willing to clean as much or little as I wished. He knew his job and did it. He also was able to repair two areas located at two bedroom doorways which had been shredded due to my cats. The carpet had looked pretty bad. He was able to stretch the carpet enough to re-attach it at the doorway entrances. Now it looks so much better when I walk down the hallway. Thank you!

David was great! He was up front and honest, and clear about the cleaning likely not being able to do miracles. (We have really bad carpet with previous years of neglect)
