Carpet MD Inc

They did an amazing job on our carpets. They went above and beyond cleaning stains I thought would never come out. They also did a great job on our air ducts. It's amazing what was in there!

My dogs chewed up colored printer cartridges on my year old wall to wall carpet. 😱 Chris did a great job getting these stains out and cleaned my carpets as well. I also had some pet urine odor in some area rugs that no longer smell thanks to him. I am going to have him back to clean my dryer vents ASAP. Reasonable price. Friendly.

gave Carpet MD Inc an AWESOME Recommendation

Chris was great. He got right to work and did a fabulous job on our 3 rooms of carpet. Very happy. Really good value. Thanks Chris😃!

Excellent customer service!

Chris and his trainee were professional and personable, explaining what they were going to do and why. I got good tips about what to do and not to do for spills.

Excellent job, very friendly. We hired Carpet MD to clean our carpet and air duct. They are professional and I highly reccomend their service.

Excellent service, proffesional and friendly !

Carpet looks wonderful. Thank you!

Carpet MD was very professional and knowledgeable regarding measures needed to safely clean my wool carpet. I was impressed with the extra care they took being in my home. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had my carpet cleaned by Chris. He was very engaging as well as knowledgeable about his business, the process and products used.
Chris explained the cleaning and also expectations of the outcome considering the stains that were present.
The outcome is that my carpet is beautiful, clean and stain free! I’m almost hesitant to move my furniture back it’s so nice to look at.
Thank you again Chris!

Today a workman spilled a mocha on my white carpet. I’ve used Carpet MD several times so I called Christy and told her what happened. She had her guys there within 3 hours and they cleaned up the mess. I really appreciate that she moved things around so her guys could help me. This is what a neighborhood business is all about.

Chris, the tech, was great! Very engaging, explaining all aspects of your process and the expectations of the cleaning outcome. The carpet had never been cleaned and the animal stains, although I tried to clean them at the time, were still evident. When he was done I was absolutely amazed and this morning it is still amazing. No stains have returned as he said was a possibility. Great job, thank you 🙏

Prompt and courteous! Described options for treated pet stains to allow me to decide best course. Amazing job on making carpet look new again. Would definitely recommend.

The carpet was in terrible condition due to a new puppy, and 2 other dogs tracking in mud. Truly it looks new again. Amazing!

It had been some time since I had my carpets cleaned. I did some research and came across Carpet MD. The reviews and their guarantee was a deciding factor to give them a try and I was not disappointed. Vanilla colored carpets are difficult enough to keep clean especially with an indoor/outdoor feline and a lapse on cleaning them due to the pandemic. In addition, my hall carpet needed to be stretched. Chris was punctual, courteous and took the time to explain to my satisfaction what he would be doing and how the process worked. When he completed the project my carpet looked great! Even the stains that never came out with past carpet cleaners were greatly diminished and the area that required stretching was smooth again. He gave me a bottle of the stain remover they use and told me as a customer they will keep me supplied whenever I run out at no cost! I scheduled him to come...

Chris did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable

Carpet MD folks are totally professional and provide outstanding sevice.

I love Carpet MD because they’re friendly and they do good work. Stains gone and carpets look great, thanks!

We were very pleased with the service we received...timely, efficient and thorough. In addition, extra steps were taken, like putting some furniture on styrofoam blocks. All our questions were answered and welcome advise was given. I plan to use them again and will refer them to others. The carpet looks great.

Efficient, Professionalism, Satisfied

Took the time to explain the process....and why the carpet stains had presented as they did ..and what could be done with them to clean them up..went right to work and did an amazing job..

Very professional and perked up my old carpet so nicely. I will use them again!

I am so impressed & happy with the SERVICE & WORK I received from Carpet MD! Chris & Joe made sure that I was completely happy with the outcome before they left.I will recommend them to anybody I know meeting their carpets cleaned. Thank you, Ron R.

Very pleased with the service twice now. They called ahead and checked if the could come early, and then stayed a bit late to let the fans run longer since we had an open house the next day. Very grateful for their genuine positivity and professionalism. Gave me great advice about what kinds of spot remover to avoid in order to protect my carpet even longer. Carpet MD will always have my business in the Hillsboro area.

Arrived early, went through estimate, did a professional job, very courteous and good about answering questions. Chris went out of his way and even cleaned a spot on our RV carpet. The house carpet looks great and I would recommend Carpet MD to anyone wanting a professional job done.
