We have used Artic Air for our AC needs for years. When my brother-in-law's kicked the bucket he shopped around and they were trying to swindle him for all he's worth. ARTIC AIR is a very honest and reliable company.

This is the BEST HVAC service company! Everyone is kind, knowledgeable and honestly they have many customers and I always feel like our needs are their priority. We’re selling our old house and needed a full HVAC system replacement. They were quick to evaluate our needs, provide transparent pricing and just as quick installing everything. No mess. I went by to check things out and you’d never know they were even there (if you weren’t looking for a new furnace and AC). Thanks guys!! I will call you guys and would recommend to everyone!! 5+ stars for sure.

Our experience with Arctic Air has been great and we highly recommend them! Not only were they the most reasonably priced, they did excellent work on the install. Further, Brandon responded very quickly when we had a follow-up issue and helped us resolve it.

Our AC needed frequent repair last year and Brandon had given us an estimate last fall for a new unit. Now that the weather is warming up, we did get a couple other estimates, but Arctic Air's was the most competitive. They scheduled the install within a few days and were on time and done as they promised. I've been very pleased with their communication, service and promptness.

Our AC went out yesterday and Arctic Air was out the next morning with a quick fix. It turned out to be a simple issue with the starter and that was communicated to me and resolved quickly.

I have tried many Heating and Air companies and this one has been the best in the northland area

Arctic Air was great to deal with! We needed a new AC unit and they were super helpful and knowledgeable. Ray was very quick to respond to any questions I had and called multiple times to explain things to me. When my ac unit was having problems they came to check it out right after I called. We will definitely use them in the future when we need a new furnace. Thank you!

The Arctic Air technician checked out my air conditioning unit. I feel he did a great job and I should not have any problems during the spring Kansas heat. Also he changed out my thermostat, which was ready to fail. The new thermostat is great.

Our AC stopped yesterday after working just the day before. I put in a request on Sunday evening for someone to come Monday. they called me next morning to confirm my address, the tech called me when on the way. Everyone was very kind and the repair was quick!

We started using Arctic Air like most, during an emergency on a Saturday, super hot day! No additional fee for weekend or emergency. We signed up on the maintenance plan and are very glad we did, they definitely go above and beyond. From Janet in the office to Brandon and the team in the field, you will get amazing service. They have never made me feel pressured into upgrades that are not needed. We are now loyal to them!!

My technician writes maintenance notes on my HVAC that is really helpful - such as change a filter in December, the settings for the humidifier. It is really helpful!

Professional Staff and Techs. They covered every detail about my furnace & AC unit. Great customer service always.

Came home the other day after work and it was 80 degrees inside my house even though it was 60 degrees outside. I typically keep it around 72. Checked the vents and it was blowing warm air even though my thermostat was set to 70. I checked the AC unit outside and everything seemed to be running fine.

Got online and scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next day. The office called the morning of the appointment to confirm, and also let me know it needed to be a bit warmer so the tech could accurately diagnose the issue. A couple hours later the technician, Cody, called to give me an approximate arrival time. He also texted when he was about 15 minutes out.
