I've had Artic Air service my HVAC for years and still find them to be dependable, honest and reasonable.

We have been using Arctic Air for 16 years now. They have been available for same day service when ever we have needed a problem addressed. The tech’s are friendly. We have purchased both an A/C unit and a furnace from them. Always pleased with their service. Reliable, honest, affordable and friendly. Have always treated us and our home respectfully. Definitely recommend!

The technician, Cody, called to let me know when he would arrive and he arrived right on time. He performed a tuneup on the furnace and, without me asking, he reattached a cord to the light in the furnace room, which had broken and neither one of us had been able to reach it. So, he went above and beyond our expectations and we really appreciated his kindness. We then discussed setting up a maintenance plan, which we did, and he informed me that today’s tuneup was on the house. I was very pleased.

We were traveling on vacation and our house setter called saying A/C was out. We have used Artic Air for 20 years so called and Brandon came out and repaired issue and was back up and running on a couple of hours. As temps were in 90’s this was amazing turn around. Price was right and happy setter and dogs. Would recommend to all for your needs.

I called on a Thursday morning because I wanted a quote for AC system replacement. Within a few hours they were at my house, gave me a good estimate with reasonable pricing on the low end of what I thought it would cost. Installed by noon the next morning. It's never fun for anyone when their AC stops working during the hottest week of the summer. Well, it happened to us. I called to ask about a diagnostic and they were out the next morning. Brandon was fair an honest and had an estimate to us by the end of the day. When Josh and Chris showed up to install the new unit, they were quick, professional, and explained everything they were doing. I recommend Arctic Air to anyone and everyone.

We have used Arctic Air for our semi-annual checkup on our furnace and A/C for almost 10 years and could not be more pleased with the service and results. Staff are always prompt and thorough, and offer valuable suggestions.

My AC stopped working and Arctic Air came out first thing the next morning, on a Saturday. They had it working in less than an hour. I was worried it was going to be expensive since it was an emergency visit but was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. They are great and seem to really care about their customers.

I couldn't be happier with Artic Air Heating & Cooling. Our AC stopped working on one of the hotter days just recently. I called in the morning and they had a tech out that afternoon. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly as he was troubleshooting the problem, and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. He completed the repair in a timely manner and offered some tips to improve energy efficiency. Communication was excellent from the initial phone call until the job was finished.
