we have been loyal customers to Arctic air for over 4 years. When our AC went out several years ago, they made an extra effort to get us taken care of as my husband had severe health issues. When our furnace went out they had a new one installed in less than a week and this was a week before Christmas when the Temps hit below zero 3 years ago!! I trust them and highly recommend this company.
