I needed a new air conditioner in 2010. I chose to have Arctic Air install new Lennox energy efficient air conditioner and heating units. I needed them to come out August 2, 2024 because I wasn't getting cool air. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen. Could not possibly be better! I called at 9:30pm after the worst snow storm in recent memory, and they came out and fixed my furnace so pipes wouldn’t freeze! He was done and gone by 10:30! 12/28. Furnace blowing but not heating this morning. Fortunately not too cold yet. Called the office and a tech called me back quickly and then were at my house in a little over and hour.
