The first time our AC went out, it was a Sunday night and 100 degress. Brandon was out first thing Monday morning. The next time it went out, Brandon was back promptly, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it for the short term and give us several options to consider for our long term fix. I appreciate their promptness, professionalism and ability to work with us.

We have used Arctic Air for years. They have always provided excellent service. On time, explain everything to our satisfaction and reasonably priced. Such a pleasant scheduler as well! We won’t use any other heating/cooling business. In our opinion, they are the best!

Great service! Got estimate the day I called. It was still expensive but everything is these days, but $2000 cheaper then my first estimate. Installers were great and professional!

Aric Air did a complete replacement of my AC system within 24 hrs of the old one failing. Excellent service
