Responsive, friendly and always able to fully resolve our issue the first time

It's never fun for anyone when their AC stops working during the hottest week of the summer. Well, it happened to us. I called to ask about a diagnostic and they were out the next morning. Brandon was fair an honest and had an estimate to us by the end of the day. When Josh and Chris showed up to install the new unit, they were quick, professional, and explained everything they were doing. I recommend Arctic Air to anyone and everyone.

We have used Arctic Air for our semi-annual checkup on our furnace and A/C for almost 10 years and could not be more pleased with the service and results. Staff are always prompt and thorough, and offer valuable suggestions.

My AC stopped working and Arctic Air came out first thing the next morning, on a Saturday. They had it working in less than an hour. I was worried it was going to be expensive since it was an emergency visit but was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. They are great and seem to really care about their customers.

I couldn't be happier with Artic Air Heating & Cooling. Our AC stopped working on one of the hotter days just recently. I called in the morning and they had a tech out that afternoon. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly as he was troubleshooting the problem, and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. He completed the repair in a timely manner and offered some tips to improve energy efficiency. Communication was excellent from the initial phone call until the job was finished.

Great customer service and care.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday night during a recent spell of very hot weather. As luck would have it, we were scheduled to be out of town for a week starting the following Monday. Friends would be coming to the house to care for our pets. At 10:30 p.m., with no real expectation of getting a service call before Monday, I called Arctic Air and left a message. To my astonishment, Brandon called me back withing 15 minutes. He came to the house on Sunday, found that we had lost a lot of coolant, found the source of the leak, and gave me. options for repair/replacement. We arranged for the work to be done while we were out of town, and we returned to a finished job, a cool house and healthy and happy pets. We are long-time customers of Arctic Air and continue to be very happy with the level of professionalism and care we have received from them over the years. This situation...

Straightforward diagnostics and answers. Explained the limitations of my current system: improper installation leading to significant restrictions of air flow. After 16 years it was time for a replacement. After Arctic Air’s installation the same sized blower is now moving my curtains and removing excess humidity from the house like never before. They also didn’t try to upsell and explained that a single stage in this region is the most practical option which saved me money. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the product. Our house is now more comfortable at the same thermostat setting and runs less often. They clean up well after installation too. Thanks all!

I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze. The last 3 times I’ve called to schedule an appointment they were able to send a tech out same day. They also open for business earlier than other HVAC companies.
