Update: after 5 years I had a capacitor fail. I gave Arctic Air a call and they had a service tech out that night and fixed my A/C. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new system or just a repair.

Arctic Air is the absolute best. From Janet in the office to the technicians, all are professional and really look out for their customers. Honest and dependable. Never try to sell you on something you don't need. The only HVAC/AC service I will use.

Artic Air is great. We've been having a long-standing issue with our a/c unit and AA kindly makes the repairs while advising us of a long term solution - never pushing. I'm confident when the time comes they will be on the spot to replace our AC.

We are set up on their scheduled service program. I like the way they call to set up an appointment. Cody is always very courteous and professional.

Everything was great - Brandon came to our house quickly to get the information to get us a quote for a whole new HVAC system. The quote was then furnished less than 24 hours later. When I called to schedule the install, Arctic Air was very flexible. And they threw in a free thermostat! At first, our upstairs wasn’t getting enough cold air so I let Brandon know and he came out a few hours later to close off my downstairs air vents so the air would be pushed upstairs. Brandon kept telling me that the air flow takes some time to figure out. After modifying that one vent, our house feels so so so great!! This was the least expensive quote we got (received 3 in total). So glad we went with Arctic Air, which was referred to us by two separate friends!

I've been using Arctic Air for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. From installing furnaces, air conditioner, regular maintenance and even holiday maintenance, they have always done a great job. Friendly, polite and professional.

Our air conditioner broke on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, we called Arctic Air on Sunday, mid-day, and they called back within the hour. He came to our house the next morning a lil before 8am. Had our air fixed in less than 30 minutes. Didn’t try to sell us anything, just fixed it. Very respectable price point to fix. 1000% recommend this company!!!

Thermostat malfunctioned Brandon arrived on time the same day and retified problem quickly and correctly and explained problem and how he corrected it.

I kept my filters changed monthly and sprayed the debris from the coils outside and my maintenance visit was excellent!
