ARCTIC AIR HEATING & CLG CO

Our air conditioner broke on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, we called Arctic Air on Sunday, mid-day, and they called back within the hour. He came to our house the next morning a lil before 8am. Had our air fixed in less than 30 minutes. Didn’t try to sell us anything, just fixed it. Very respectable price point to fix. 1000% recommend this company!!!

Thermostat malfunctioned Brandon arrived on time the same day and retified problem quickly and correctly and explained problem and how he corrected it.

I kept my filters changed monthly and sprayed the debris from the coils outside and my maintenance visit was excellent!

Kirk was awesome! Fast and efficient! Solved my furnace issue in less than 30 minutes!

Just had a check up on my AC system for summer. It was easy to schedule and Arctic Air was here on time and all is good for the season.

Great service very professional. Will use them again in the future!!! Thanks guys!!!

Arctic Air has proven time and time again to provide us with quality services whenever the need arises. Their service reps are always accessible and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and outstanding care.

We have used Artic Air for our AC needs for years. When my brother-in-law's kicked the bucket he shopped around and they were trying to swindle him for all he's worth. ARTIC AIR is a very honest and reliable company.

This is the BEST HVAC service company! Everyone is kind, knowledgeable and honestly they have many customers and I always feel like our needs are their priority. We’re selling our old house and needed a full HVAC system replacement. They were quick to evaluate our needs, provide transparent pricing and just as quick installing everything. No mess. I went by to check things out and you’d never know they were even there (if you weren’t looking for a new furnace and AC). Thanks guys!! I will call you guys and would recommend to everyone!! 5+ stars for sure.

Overwhelmed with THANKS and GRATITUDE and APPRECIATION!! We have a new AC and am so happy! The installation was smooth. Brandon was kind, patient and professional!! I had a concern and Brandon was out PROMPTLY the next morning to address my issue. HIGHLY recommend for their FANTASTIC service!!! We will only use them for all future HVAC service. THANK YOU!!

Very competent technicians. Courteous when explaining problems and solutions. Very nice people. We have been working with them for over 20 years. Highly recommended!!!

Our experience with Arctic Air has been great and we highly recommend them! Not only were they the most reasonably priced, they did excellent work on the install. Further, Brandon responded very quickly when we had a follow-up issue and helped us resolve it.

Our AC needed frequent repair last year and Brandon had given us an estimate last fall for a new unit. Now that the weather is warming up, we did get a couple other estimates, but Arctic Air's was the most competitive. They scheduled the install within a few days and were on time and done as they promised. I've been very pleased with their communication, service and promptness.

Our AC went out yesterday and Arctic Air was out the next morning with a quick fix. It turned out to be a simple issue with the starter and that was communicated to me and resolved quickly.

I have tried many Heating and Air companies and this one has been the best in the northland area

I've used Artic Air for several years. I am very pleased with the work they do.

Arctic Air was great to deal with! We needed a new AC unit and they were super helpful and knowledgeable. Ray was very quick to respond to any questions I had and called multiple times to explain things to me. When my ac unit was having problems they came to check it out right after I called. We will definitely use them in the future when we need a new furnace. Thank you!

The Arctic Air technician checked out my air conditioning unit. I feel he did a great job and I should not have any problems during the spring Kansas heat. Also he changed out my thermostat, which was ready to fail. The new thermostat is great.

ArticAir is the best. Fast and reliable.

Service was fast! Brandon arrived on time and quickly found the problem…. And had the parts!

The technician was knowledgeable, respectful of the property, and made efficiency suggestions that seemed “right on” in terms of system longevity and energy use.

Arctic air, they are professional, friendly and affordable, I definitely will be using them again. And I got same day service and when it is hot time is of the essence. I definitely would recommend them to my friends. so let Arctic air take care for all of your AC needs. I'm happy 😁
