Moving is typically stressful, expensive, and not easy especially state to state moves. This was my third one and hands down my BEST one due to 495 Movers. The ENTIRE went smoothly from start to finish. Starting with Josh who was a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward with everything and truly focused on making my move as easy as possible. The price he quoted me was exactly the same the day of the move. Compared to other movers it was way more reasonable. Plus 495 Movers gives unlimited packing boxes and paper (you pick up at there warehouse) which was another big savings.

One of the biggest help was them packing my entire kitchen which was going to be a lot of me due to the short time frame of needing to move. Our local move from the burbs into DC went perfectly. Our driver and his helper arrived a few minutes early at the storage location, we got loaded quite easily with the pre-packed items, and drove to our residence near Rockville to pick-up additional items. Most was already packed for moving, or new in a box, which saved time, but the few things that needed packing were done really well. The unloading in DC was also fine, though the apartment elevator was small. The biggest item, a long couch, wouldn't fit in the elevator, so up the stairs it went to the 6th floor with dispatch and no problems. I was impressed. They put everything right where we wanted and we were done a bit early meeting the minimum contract time with no overage. I had a very pleasant experience with 495 movers, Autum the customer service representative was outstanding in her communication and customer service skills.

When it came to the big move on 16 December, OMAR and ISMAEL were outstanding and excellent in their delivery services. They took extreme care of my household goods and they communicated effectively from the beginning when they began their service.

They were both professional, kind, courteous and extremely skilled their work, because of all these three individuals I highly recommend this company.
