The service provided on our house move was outstanding. The crew took good care of the effects. Very professional. We would recommend the 495 Movers!

This is the second time we've used 495 Movers. The second being even a better experience than the first. The team was prompt and courteous during the move out of our rental. They were kind to take great care moving into our new house, with newly refinished hardwood floors throughout - the day after a strong rain storm.

No issues at all, they completed the whole move two hours ahead of schedule. I will not be moving again for a very very very long time. But will use them if I do.

Service was prompt and professional. Pickup and delivery went smooth as expected.

Used them to move an antique (100 years old) dinning room table and an antique (80 years old) dresser. Threw in a young (30 years old) dresser as well.

Two items were going to a storage unit and one item was going to my home. The crew called me when they were 30 min out. They arrive and took 10 minutes to view the items and plan how to wrap the items and take them to the truck.

They went right to work breaking down the table into its individual sections. They then carefully wrapped and labeled each section. The same care was given to both dressers.

They delivered to my home address first. Viewed the best path forward from the loading dock to my apartment. They even moved and adjusted furniture in NY home to make sure the new addition fit.

Very professional company with excellent communication and competitive pricing. Movers arrived right on time and loaded up my apartment much faster than expected. Nothing was broken or damaged during transportation. I had already wrapped most furniture pieces but they also provided free wrapping as well in case you didn't. I even got a call during the middle of the move just to check in how things were going. I also appreciated the free boxes, packing paper and tape. Overall highly recommend for anyone moving in the DC area!

I was very pleased with professionalism, efficiency and personal care that we received from our 3-person team. I had an unexpected quick move from a commercial building to a residential. I worked with Guy M who quickly assessed my needs and was able to get movers available in 3 days. Autum S who followed up with the details of the move was very thorough and made sure I understood all the details. The movers (Milton &Milton) called before arrival to the commercial bldg and again when on their way to the residence.
The movers were professional and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
