Not only did they do an in person estimate, but they gave a good price and didn’t add miscellaneous charges for every little thing. They were very patient with me even though I had to reschedule multiple times. They were super responsive and made sure to confirm that I was getting everything I needed before the day of the move. We used 495 Movers for a two-step move: they moved about 30 boxes to our basement for a first floor renovation happening soon, and they also moved about a dozen boxes to our temporary apartment. Jose and Hermano were great. They were quick, friendly and very professional. It was a lot of work, but they never seemed annoyed frustrated or tired. My son also used 495 Movers in 2022 to move from Maryland to Brooklyn, and had an equally good experience.
