We had a fantastic experience with 495 Movers for our recent Maryland → Delaware move. They handled the majority of our packing, loaded everything efficiently, completed a 2-hour drive, and unloaded quickly without any issues.

The main crew was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly—it made a long, stressful day feel much more manageable. The entire process was smooth from the start, including the initial quote with Josh. He was great to work with, matched a competitor’s flat rate, and even provided packing supplies ahead of our move date, which was a huge help.

We’re still unpacking, but so far everything has arrived in great condition. Our furniture was handled with care, and all the fragile items we’ve opened have been intact and well-packed. Both homes were treated respectfully, and the move was completely incident-free.

Our move was quite complicated with separation of property to go to two different storage units initially, then, after returning for the final move out - to two different destinations. The 495 Movers crew, headed by Santos Berrios, was handled competently and professionally. The crew, including Jefferson, and Nelson, worked consistently throughout the day to wrap and move our belongings and later to then put things where we needed them. The entire crew worked well together and asked appropriate questions as needed. They worked quickly to get us moved out and moved in then cleaned up afterward. We used 495 Movers for our move in January 23. The staff was so friendly and explained everything very well. They guys that came to do our move were vey professional and took care of everything. I will definitely be using their service in the future.

I was impressed by 495 movers at every step of the move process. I had a simple move--From a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment only 150 feet away. My wife and I planned on moving most of our boxes ourselves, but could not manage some of the larger items. I wanted to hire two persons for two hours to move two tables, a queen size mattress, three dressers and several boxes of books. 495 movers understood our situation and arranged for every exactly as we planned at a reasonable price. The two movers were cheerful, polite, quick and careful. They arrived exactly on time and worked non-stop for the two hours. They were so efficient that they were able to move more than half of the boxes that my wife and I were planning on moving, saving us a lot of time. My wife and I were both completely satisfied. I highly recommend 495 movers.

This team was courteous, fast and very easy to communicate with (office team included) This was the only moving company I could find willing to move us across state lines. We had a 6 hour drive from one home to the other. The crew put in probably an 18 hour day with us by the time we were finished. By coincidence they had also moved the previous owners out of the house we were moving into so they were familiar with the home already. I hired them a second time when we needed to move about a dozen pieces of furniture to different levels of the house. Highly recommend.
