I was truly in a predicament and I had phoned a few other sources and remembered that our neighbors had used Big Box when they placed their home on the market. Jeff was really nice, he answered all of my questions and concerns with professionalism, ithis was my first time at this,. Had issues with billing and charges but the Mannager was cooperative in coming to a fair compromise with me which I appreciated.
