Erick was my delivery guy. He called to notify me when he was on his way, which was much appreciated so that I could be prepared. When he got to my house he was polite, and answered my questions with patience and knowledge. He delivered my two boxes in my driveway so that I could get maximum space all around for loading items. He was respectful of my property while unloading the boxes. He showed me how to access the boxes and how to lock them. It was such a quick and seamless experience. I would definitely use this company in the future and refer them to others. Thank you Erick!

Erick was friendly and helpful. He called ahead before he arrived. He worked with me to help determine the best positioning for the boxes. He adjusted as needed. Erick was professional and efficient. Very pleased with the service!

Perfect for those that need a little space to free up. They deliver quickly and pick up fast. I prefer these for long term storage like holiday decorations or stuff you won’t need.

I honestly was impressed with their customer service and professionalism. I love Big Box Storage for been efficient and courteous. From the initial call I made to Ms. Morgan who scheduled the delivery, to Mr. Ben the fork driver, to the bookkeeper Mr. Renaldo. What a great team! Their customer service is second to none. Big Box Storage is a great concept and cost efficient. I highly recommend this business. On the other hand, I used a moving company A+MOVERS that I would not recommend to anyone. Some items were sent to the wrong destination, few were stolen and few were broken. Beware of their 5 Star review!

Super easy to schedule container drop-off and pick-up online. Zero hassle.
Dan was fantastic—he noticed my request for a call before arrival, called me, and made sure the container was placed exactly where I needed it. Pick-up two days later was just as smooth, and he even checked in to see if I needed more time.
Top-notch customer service. Moving is stressful—this part absolutely wasn’t. Highly recommend Big Box Storage.
