Every single person is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. If I had to choose all over again I'd choose them every time. Thank 🌻 You for all that you do Melissa, Dan, and Ronaldo. Exceptional service for 1.5 years and counting!

I have been renting from Big Box Storage for a year and a half now, and they have always gone out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. I even ended up keeping one of my boxes, and the ongoing support has been fantastic.

Yesterday, I had five boxes delivered to my new storage facility, and the experience was incredible thanks to our driver, Desmond. He completely went above and beyond to make a stressful moving day so much easier.

Desmond was incredibly patient, waiting safely and professionally while we worked hard to get all the boxes completely emptied. He maintained a positive, supportive attitude the entire time and truly went out of his way to ensure we were completely taken care of before he left.

Whether you need long-term storage or a smooth temporary solution,...
