This company is super easy to work with. We appreciated their flexibility as our plans would change. We fit 2 dressers, a couch, table, 4 chairs, a tv, and tons of boxes in 2 pods. Pickup & delivery went seamlessly!

Big Box was professional & convenient! Our box was delivered where we needed it in our alleyway in front of our garage, we filled it, they took it away that day, then brought it back for us to empty and took it away the next morning. Our things were in the same shape as they were when we loaded them in. It was a perfect storage solution for us while we were short on space during construction.

We had multiple boxes for a few years, everything was safe and dry and delivered to our new house. Drop off and pick up was as they said.

We needed temporary storage for household stuff - we were doing a remodel. Two 5x8 boxes fit our needs perfectly. I investigated other options, but having the Big Boxes placed in our drive way was not only the cheapest, but most convenient solution. The deliver guy that dropped off the boxes was timely and polite. He worked with me to get the best placement of the containers for both security and convenience. When we had the boxes picked up 6 months later, it was a totally hassle free experience. The boxes themselves were clean and easy to use. I did need to provide my own padlocks.

It’s rare to encounter someone who not only does their job exceptionally well but also treats customers with such compassion and integrity.
