Great experience using Big Box for temporary storage during some renovation work! Scheduling and drop off were easy and quick. Erick was really friendly and was able to drop the box easily into the back of our small driveway. It’s a super convenient storage solution!

We used Big Box storage from October 2023 to April 2026. I have zero complaints! So easy to set up and schedule delivery/pick up, great staff, access to an online account, and fairly priced. Our stored items remained safe and secure the entire duration. We never had to get items from the storage but I’d imagine that would have been easy to do as well. Highly recommended!

I recently used Big Box for a short term solution in between moves. I was transitioning from one house to another, and in between was just renting a room. Big Box was a great solution! I packed most of my belongings in the boxes and kept them in storage for about 4 months until I was ready for the move. Their customer service was great, and I was able to easily access my boxes a few times during the 4 months. I would definitely recommend them, and use their services again. Thank you!

They are a great service and facility. Far more affordable than other options, can deliver to your home for $100 round trip, and you can access your stuff for free with a two hour head time.
