Big Box is the best! We have 2 containers in storage with them that they deliver twice a year (Halloween and Xmas decorations… yes, we decorate a lot!). The service is great, the people are always friendly, and our boxes and the stuff inside are always safe and secure!

Always the best! Easy to schedule, always on time, always professional and courteous. We keep 2 containers with them that go back and forth twice a year, and there has never been an issue.

I rent it two big boxes from this place. You were very accommodating. It worked with me and also especially like the driver Desmond very kind very courteous. We had a few bumps with the landlords over here however he’s stuck with me until I was able to place the boxes I would gladly give them five thumbs up if I could you’re a great place to do business with make sure you can request Desmond.

Dan has been absolutely incredible. Every time I have seen him in this process, he has been efficient and on time! Would definitely use this service again. Thank you, Dan and team!

We were so happy to find this option, having the boxes for our move made it so much less stressful. We got the boxes a few weeks before the move so we could slowly pack and fill. Then moving day they picked up and delivered, and a few days later we had them unpacked and picked up. Such an easy process and everyone we worked with was so nice. I really liked how clear the pricing was, there were no random fees or surprises and priced out real well compared to other options. Will use again if we move and definitely recommend!

My experience with Big Box is good. When I opened my box it looked good, but on closer. inspection I found out the headboard of my queen size bed cracked but still usable and the trim of my bookcase off. But I still say Big Box is a good and friendly company.

Desmin delivered my box exactly where I wanted it and was very professional and friendly.

Dan was excellent at the delivery and pick and he was able to position the storage units in the exact spot needed. It was a tight space down our driveway and he did amazing on both visits. Thanks again Dan!

Exceptional service for 1.5 years and counting!

I have been renting from Big Box Storage for a year and a half now, and they have always gone out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. I even ended up keeping one of my boxes, and the ongoing support has been fantastic.

Yesterday, I had five boxes delivered to my new storage facility, and the experience was incredible thanks to our driver, Desmond. He completely went above and beyond to make a stressful moving day so much easier.

Desmond was incredibly patient, waiting safely and professionally while we worked hard to get all the boxes completely emptied. He maintained a positive, supportive attitude the entire time and truly went out of his way to ensure we were completely taken care of before he left.

It was a great experience. From the time I called to get some boxes for a remodel, everyone was very helpful. I had to change my pick up date. It went smoothly. The communication was great, and the prices were reasonable.
