Big Box Storage

We had multiple boxes for a few years, everything was safe and dry and delivered to our new house. Drop off and pick up was as they said.

We needed temporary storage for household stuff - we were doing a remodel. Two 5x8 boxes fit our needs perfectly. I investigated other options, but having the Big Boxes placed in our drive way was not only the cheapest, but most convenient solution. The deliver guy that dropped off the boxes was timely and polite. He worked with me to get the best placement of the containers for both security and convenience. When we had the boxes picked up 6 months later, it was a totally hassle free experience. The boxes themselves were clean and easy to use. I did need to provide my own padlocks.

I've had some personal belongings and furniture stored at Big Box for a couple years now while I save to buy a house. Each time I've needed to schedule an access, it's gone easily and smoothly - mostly because Morgan and Jeremy in the office are AMAZING! They are spot on. When moving it comes With its own set of challenges, saying that they have made it easier in moving and then moving the box to where you wanted to go I give them a grade A+ any day. They’re amazing office and they’re amazingly priced and they’re just all around good people.

The service I received while being a customer with Big Box was amazing. The delivery of my 2 big boxes was accurate on time and my belongings stayed secure the whole process from beginning to end. And best of all was Jeremy he's the Best.

We were flooded in the 1/22/24 SD floods. At first I was skeptic of leaving a storage box outside our property specifically since our block had become a ghost town. I was afraid of rats getting in and that someone would break in, but that never happened. We had it for almost 2 yes, the way the locking system worked was awesome. Rats never came in and everything was waterproof sealed. Big box took good care of us. Everything was as we packed it and no signs of any mice or rats. Thank you BigBox Storage🙂.

Big Box Storage is fantastic! Everyone that I talked to was amazing and my delivery guy Dan was amazingly helpful. I highly recommend them!

Dan was amazing! What stood out most was him taking the time to help me figure out the best way to position the big box. He was also very quick at unloading and positioning it. He’s a keeper!
