We used Big Box for four years. Excellent customer service, the delivery and pick up feature are great. It provided the kind of flexibility and access that we needed. My only feedback would be on price. The original rate was $79 per month for one box, which was great, but then they increased to $99 despite providing no additional service. Otherwise, I had a good experience and I would recommend their storage.

Erick showed up ON TIME after calling me well in advance to let me know The approximate time he would be showing up. This allowed me to prepare the “landing zone“. I had several special requests about the placement of the three boxes that we ordered And Erick had no problem fulfilling those special requests. He made the delivery event seamless and stress-free. Thank you so much Erick.

Transfer from the old driveway to the new driveway was also seemless. Being able to unload the boxes at our own pace made the move-in much easier. All my special requests were handled quickly and easily. Having three separate Big Boxes versus one giant POD allowed us to prioritize and categorize what was packed in each Box, allowing us to return one of them sooner.

And then at the new house, realizing it was too much pressure to unload the last two Boxes by the end of the...

Incredibly easy to sign up, coordinate delivery/pick-up. In-office staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Dan delivered my box and was super friendly, very communicative as far as ETA and what to expect at time of delivery. He was helpful and provided wonderful suggestions. Can’t say enough good things about Dan.

Honestly I wasnt sure what to expect when I drove up, thought it might be one of those places that feels a little run down. But the parking lot was clean and the units were in really good shape, which was suprising. The guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and walked me through everything without rushing. He even helped me find a unit size I wasnt sure I needed, and it ended up working perfectly. Made what could have been a stressful errand feel pretty relaxed and easy. Its hard to find service like that anymore, and it actually made my day. I will definately come back here if I need more space in the future.

...and honestly I’ve been coming here for years now so its kinda my go to spot whenever I need to stash stuff for a while. The staff is always super chill and helpfull, never had a problem getting in and out quick even during busy hours. Place is clean and well lit and I wouldnt trust my stuff anywhere else around here. Definately worth the drive for the peace of mind.

I felt totaly comfortable here from the moment I walked in, they were super helpful and patient with all my boxes and junk its definately the best storage place in town. Love that it's clean well lit and secure. Just wish the gate code thing worked a little faster on busy days.

I had a really great experience with Big Box. I ended up only using two of the three boxes I had delivered because some of my furniture was too large too fit. The one box I did use, I had to hammer the padlock in because the opening is very small. I tried three different style/brand padlocks locks and it was the same for each.
Delivery of empty boxes and pick up was fast and easy. Before scheduling I had a lot of questions and they took their time to patiently answer each one. Overall please with my experience.

Great experience using Big Box for temporary storage during some renovation work! Scheduling and drop off were easy and quick. Erick was really friendly and was able to drop the box easily into the back of our small driveway. It’s a super convenient storage solution!
