Big Box Storage was fantastic. We had the floors in our house replaced and wanted to move all our furniture out in advance. Called Ben and scheduled delivery of a few boxes. Delivery guy was a master of geometry, calculating angles and shapes to get them to fit a complicated spot. When we were done it was super easy to get the boxes picked up and issued a refund for the balance of the prepaid second month. Thank you so much for helping make this job go smoothly.

My experience with Big Box Storage was fantastic! I would recommend them to any friend in need of extra storage space for a short or long time (3+ years) as I had it.

I had the box on my driveway so I could access it at anytime, it was just what I needed.

I called around to price different "pod-type" storage. When I called Morgan at Big Box, she was professional, friendly and very helpful. She brought up things I didn't even know to ask about. Then I talked with Ben a couple times and he was very friendly and super helpful. When Dave delivered my boxes - he was equally friendly and happy. I asked him how long he had worked for Big Box and he said 20 years. I told him that says a LOT about Big Box as a company - for him to work there that long. Big Box had the best rate and, by far, the most helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend them!

Great communication every step of the way. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, drop-offs and pick-ups were on time. Not deal-breakers but the interior dimensions of the box were 4-6" less than the box size stated on the website and it wasn't apparent that you pay a minimum one-month "rental" fee for the box even if you don't store it at their facility. Maybe I missed where they explained that on their website, but it could be made clearer. Yes, I would use them again.

Des was amazing. We have a small space with uneven surfaces and this master of geometry took care of everything - placing boxes so we could easily load furniture from our door, ensuring gates could close, avoiding overhead wires, and going above and beyond to make sure the doors worked perfectly by leveling the boxes’ footing. He managed this with less than a foot of clearance in some places. And the whole time, Des was calm and professional. I really appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Big Box has been my go to for my past 2 moves. I have used them for every service they offer. They allowed me to keep changing pick up and delivery dates (more than 6x), store 2 of my filled boxes at their facility and no problem accessing my filled boxes at their location. They take some of the moving stress away. The drivers are pleasant and always call 30 minutes before they arrive. Moving is not fun and dates/times do not always go as planed but Big Box is wonderful at allowing changes continuously. They are better than all the other Box/Pod companies out there.

Erick was great! We scheduled drop off just the day before, and that seemed to throw off the delivery schedule, so they ended up pushing it out a day. Wasn’t a big issue for us but something to consider if you’ve left a high stakes move to the last minute! Once they dropped off the next day Erick was on time and very helpful.
