I hired Wise Home Inspections for a house I was purchasing. His inspection was very thorough with lots of pictures detailing what was good and what needed fixing. Phil is very knowledgeable and detailed in his reporting. Since purchasing my house I have followed up with him a few times to update the wind mitigation report for improvements I made and he was very quick to respond and provide an updated report.

I ended up with a home inspection report plus a 4-point inspection report and wind mitigation for insurance purposes at a very reasonable cost. The report was very comprehensive and included pictures, videos, links to appliance manuals - very impressive!
