Wise Inspections came highly recommended by my real estate agent. They were very thorough and accessible for all my questions post inspection. Their detailed inspection report was very helpful in understanding exactly what repairs were needed/suggested.

We had a great experience with Wise Inspections. They met our need to immediately complete a home inspection for a quick closing. They were incredibly thorough and provided detailed reports with picture documentation for the following inspections: 4 Point plus wind mitigation, termite, pool, septic tank, thermal, irrigation as well as mold since the property had prior water damage remediation. Their team has great communication promptly answering any questions or concerns to give you the peace of mind needed. We highly recommend Wise Inspections and would definitely use their service again if needed.

This is the best inspection service I've ever come across, very responsive and quick with setting up an appointment, the inspectors on the job very nice and took their time to explain everything and answer questions. The reports that come the same day are in excellent format and organized making it very easy to maneuver through. I will use wise inspections for all my inspections and I highly recommend them.
