Had such a great experience with Wise Inspections and highly recommend them! Phil was so professional, thorough and informative after the inspection. The administrative staff was very accommodating with our schedules and I would surely use them for any future home purchase. Thank you!

100% from the service. Professional inspection.

I appreciate all the time these guys put into this inspection. Wow , we have owned quite a few homes and never had a more thorough inspection . I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a home inspection without hesitation.! Also, thank you Craig for reviewing and explaining the reports to us . Really so incredibly helpful!

Incredible expertise and quality mgt reviews to ensure overall services and efficiency of inspection requirements!!

Gabriel was a thorough and incredible inspector. He made sure to spot subtle but important concerned during our inspection, and took the time to ensure we understood the severity of deficiencies and what the risks are.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR HOME INSPECTIONS . THESE GUYS ARE GOOD AT THEIR JOBS . HOW I GOT TO SEE HOW GOOD THEY WERE WAS WHEN A BUYER SENT THEM TO INSPECT MY HOME AND HOW THROUGH THEY WERE . SO I HAD THEM INSPECT BOTH PLACES I HAVE TRIED TO PURCHASE AND THEY SAVE ME A LOT OF MONEY

Cant say enough great things about this company. The process was easy and painless, our inspector Michael was knowledgable, informative, and very thorough. He carefully checked the exterior, interior, and all systems and his report was extremely detailed including explinations and pictures. His demeanor was great, carefully answering all our questions. They were responsive, on time, and priced fairly. I would highly recommend them as a trusted quality company.

I'm not just a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, I'm also a client. For years I have recommended Wise Inspections to my clients, whether purchasing a home or pre-listing for a seller. This week I used them for my personal home for a 4-point and wind mitigation, as I'm getting new homeowners insurance. Once again - they (Tony and Craig) were professional, timely and knowledgable. Still my go to inspection company. Thank you WISE!

I would HIGHLY recommend Wise Inspections. Craig and Tony are such a wonderful team. They both have gone above and beyond for my clients. There is nothing more helpful in a real estate transaction than an inspection team who arms your clients with facts, evidence, and solutions to any problem.

This is the third inspection within 3 months we do with Wise Inspections, and they have been exceptional each time. We are now scheduling for the fourth time! They were prompt and available to meet our needs. Their Inspectors are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They are very thorough and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend Wise Inspections.

Peter is the best! Very detail oriented and honest. I appreciate his feedback and quality. I highly recommend this company for any of your inspection needs.

As the selling agent, I am unaware of the price the buyers paid. The service was great. Tony was very pleasant, professional and informative. He explained thoroughly any questions I had. I would recommend Wise for complete inspections on a home purchase.

Great communication with scheduling and follow up. Inspection was thorough and detailed. Inspector too time to explain the report. Received the report the same day. Rate was fair. Highly recommend

They were both knowledgeable and professional. In addition, we had an appointment and they were exactly on time not like 99% of the companies in Florida that make an appointment and are Never On Time
Thank you, George T

My go-to for any inspection is Wise! Quick response time and easy to schedule for quick inspections. I've worked with Craig, Michael, Gabriel... always very professional and thorough!

Tony, our inspector, was very thorough and detailed, as well as knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased with his work.

I'm a real estate professional and have been recommending WISE HOME INSPECTIONS to my clients for over 8 years. They are reliable, timely, and professional. My buyers are satisfied with their service and the reports. Additionally, I highly recommend to all my sellers that they hire WISE to conduct a pre-listing inspection. Great investment. This becomes the blueprint for an action plan before the house hits the market, and a great negotiating tool when the offers come in. It's great to know the exact condition of the house you are listing before you get to the buyers inspections. Phil Wise and his crew on the field are all amazing, and Craig in the office keeps everything running smooth and is a great source of local vendors and additional inspectors and providers should your clients need it. Very happy with their services.

The inspection was so quick and easy! Tony was awesome! I was honestly very very nervous going into the inspection, unsure of what would be found. But for every finding, Tony would tell us what it meant and whether a finding was relatively ok or bad or what. I really liked how he was so independent yet kept us so in-the-know on everything.
Thank you so much Tony! We really enjoyed working with you!

Terry was super thorough- our inspection took place from 9-12. He explained everything in detail and was very personable. We received our inspections 3 hours after the appointment was over.

Outstanding service. Pleasant, helpful, timely, thorough. Thank you!

Wise responded very quickly to our request for a home inspection. Justin was very thorough and detail oriented, and we received a very comprehensive report. Thank you for helping make the details of this home transparent so we could make a "wise" decision!

Wise inspections was great to work with, very professional and extremely thorough. The total inspection took around 2 hours and they looked at every crevice of the house. Justin was great! Will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.
