Tony and Jason were great. They went through every single part of their report before we left the property. In total it took about 3 hours to do the whole inside and outside of the house and they looked through every single nook and cranny they could. Cannot recommend them enough! Would 100% use them again if we need to!

Excellent service. Thorough, professional, and quick. Worth the money. As a first time home buyer, I felt I was in a great hands with Michael, Phil and Craig. Craig had superb follow up and ensured I was comfortable with everything in the report. Not only did they tell me what was wrong with with this house but they also pointed me in the direction of how to fix it.

Inspector was already at the house when I arrived he was walking around the outside of the home. He walked over and introduced himself to me and explained what he would be doing and over the next few hours he was all over the house, from the roof, plumbing, all the appliances. He would engage me if he had to show me something.
When he finished he called me over privately and apologized to me he told me he really tried to find things but told me this was a beautiful house and there was not much he discovered. Yes there were things he found but they were minor.
It was definitely worth using Wise and to know that the inspector really went through the house throughly and did not find much was very welcome news.

From the setting up the appointment, to going over everything that they were planning on doing, showing each issue as the inspection was occurring, to a very user friendly reports. Jason provided an excellent detailed written report the same day of the full inspection. Terry did an excellent job with his inspection of my new home which was 28 years old. He was at the house for almost 2 hours (and it's less than 2000 sq feet). He did a thorough job of looking/evaluating everything. It was raining hard when he was supposed to go on the roof but waited until it abated and then completed the job. He spoke to me and gave me a comprehensive assessment of everything including things that required immediate attention by a specialist compared to things that were less urgent and just be done by a handyman. I highly recommend Terry to anyone needing an inspection.
