So let me tell you about our inspection experience. Craig helped us understand what it is we may need and he answered at a time I didn’t think he would, just goes to show the attention to customer service. There was a home we were interested in so they got them out there within the inspection period (which was 5 days). The inspector who’s name slips my mind was very thorough and explained in layman’s terms things that we had not been able to notice. We ended up not going with the home because the inspection pointed out things that made us rethink our investment. But we will definitely be using them again our next purchase, the $200 we spent on wise inspections saved us the potential tens of thousands we would’ve spent on fixing the homes structural problems. 5 stars!
