The Family and I flew down to find our home over the course of the last nine days. We ended up finding our home 2 days before going back to NY and Craig made it very easy and helpful to get our inspection done in an urgent and time sensitive manner. Before showing up on site Craig expressed clearly the service they would provide as well as the reasonable costs associated with the inspection being carried out. The inspection was done in a few hours and the report was in my email by end of day. We later set up a call with Craig to go over the report. Craig thoroughly went through the report and again explained everything that was done on site and what was found. This company went above and beyond for me. I have never experienced this exceptional service from any company. They provided a very detailed report very quickly, re- inspected after the fixes and found things not fixed and provided people to fix them right. They then can back and made sure that everything was done right. I will never use anyone but Wise again!

We used Wise Home Inspections for a purchase in North Palm Beach. Craig was our main point of contact and he was excellent. He had a thorough discussion with us about what the inspection would entail and was very upfront about pricing. The inspection was very thorough and performed promptly. After we received the report, Craig spent well over an hour going through the report and also providing us with really great insight about the issues identified and what is needed to close and to reduce insurance premiums. It has been a pleasure working with them!

I was so impressed with their inspection service. Very thorough and luckily saved me from buying a house that had way many more issues than anticipated. All I would like to say about this experience is …..AMAZING!! I was overwhelmed by the detail and completeness of their evaluation! I have purchased several properties in my lifetime and nothing comes close to this home inspection. It was well worth the price of admission!!

Wise was great to work with -- lots of deatail and a great amount of explanation. Use them even if its a couple hundred more -- worth it!
