Wise Inspections was recommended by our realtor, and was an amazing experience from the first call.

Craig called me to explain their recommended services, going over each in detail to make sure we understood, and giving us confidence our future home would be thoroughly inspected.

On the day of the inspection, Phil met us at the house and gave an extremely detailed inspection, inspecting as I imagine he would his own potential home. After the inspections he walked us through his findings, giving us detailed explanations and including potential remedy’s.

As first time homebuyers, the friendliness and thoroughness were immensely appreciated and allowed us to move forward with our decisions confidently. I would highly recommend Wise Inspections to anyone.
