I am a home 1st buyer in florida and my realtor recommended Phil to complete the home inspection. Since the inspection coordination Phil was very professional, guide me throughout the process and demonstrated attention to detail. Home inspection report was very structure and easy to follow and help a lot to address negotiations with the buyer and insurance companies. A few days later I contacted him again to request a 4 point inspection report.

Wise Home Inspections did a very good job, as they were minimally intrusive to the tenant that was in the dwelling, but they still inspected every nook and cranny of the house (on the roof, inside the attic to see the integrity of the roof inside, throughout the house and backyard). I would highly recommend them and use them again, if the need arises.

Michael was personable, friendly, and went the extra mile. He even gave me tips on maintenance for some of the utilities as well as walking me through ways to prevent potential issues with my home specifically. I would highly recommend Home Wise Inspections.
