Wise Inspections

Phil was professional and thorough. He answered all questions and addressed all concerns. Highly recommended.

On time and very professional. Would be calling them again if there is ever another need.

Wise is a cut above the rest. We did inspections before with other companies and it was never as detailed as this one was. The time and attention to details was fantastic. I will be recommending wise to my friends and family. We loved the house prior to the inspection; however, we knew we made a great decision after we got the inspection report. Greg Bergman did a superb job. I want to say thanks to everyone at Wise for being so professional, on time, detailed and efficient.

It was a good experience to have Felipe here at our home doing the Inspection. Thank you for the service and prompt reply.

I used this company for three inspections in the last week. They came highly recommended by my Realtor who made the intitial contact for me. In order to make a final decision on a home purchase necessitated last minute arrangements, and they accommodated me perfectly. Tony was great. Before I arrived, he had completed the inspection and took my Realtor room by room to point out recommended corrections. Although I was tardy, he did the same for me. (Thank you, Tony!) A few hours later a professional report was in my email box. It is concise and easy-to-follow with pictures of the issues. I would recommend h Wise Inspections without hesitation.

Excellent communication and services for our home inspection! Very easy to work with and would use their services again!!!

I had the pleasure of working today with Craig from Wise Inspections.
One of the absolute best experiences I have had as a realtor.
Craig was hands on with both myself and my buyer and was instrumental in keeping my deal together by recommending a fabulous a/c company to assist us.
His knowledge and expertise made the inspection a completely favorable experience.
A definite 5- star for this company

Wise Home Inspections did a very thorough inspection of my new home. Craig with Wise Home Inspections was very professional and attentive to my questions.
