They spent over 2 hours on site with a recap of the findings and I received all of the reports the same day. I am very satisfied with the service provided. Craig acted like a father to us from beginning to end. He was very attentive, explained how the process would be step-by-step, delivered the service in one day as previously agreed and reviewed everything that was found in the house point by point. We purchased a condo in Florida and since we are from out of the country we went with Wise Inspections on the recommendation of our realtor. I’m very glad we did. We were able to quickly set up an appointment time, and our realtor was there during the inspection. They did a very though job and then presented us with a very detailed report that included pictures. We received the report the same day as the inspection, and it was followed up by a phone call the next day to be sure we were happy with everything and to see if we had any questions.
