Wise Inspections

I am in the process of buying a home, and Wise Inspections was recommended by my realtor. We had such a great experience with the team. They showed up on time, were really thorough in their inspection, and took the time to show and explain every concern they had. I would definitely recommend using Wise Inspections for anyone looking to buy a home in the area!

This was our second experience with Wise Inspections, and they delivered excellent customer service both times. Their prompt response, flexibility, and incredibly thorough reports were invaluable. Jason is a standout. His knowledge and attention to detail are exceptional. He documented every deficiency with clear photos and descriptions, and his thoroughness gave us a complete picture and real peace of mind. We’re extremely pleased and will absolutely use them again.

Great experience as usuall. Craig and Michael were great! Both are super professional and extremely responsive. If there was 10 stars, they would get 10/10. Highly recommend.

Terry was very thorough. His findings let me know exactly what I was getting with my new home and biggest financial investment. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt and polite and quick the price seemed a little high but not excessive

Extremely thorough and did not mind answering the tidle wave of questions we were asking being this is our first home purchase. Professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We opted for a last minute air quality test for mold, definitely saved us a lot of headaches down the road.

I have gotten 2 inspections done from this company. Craig the general manager is extremely responsive and you can tell he has a keen interest and expertise in this industry. Peter has been the home inspector assigned to both jobs, he is a great guy, knows what he is doing and walks you through the property explaining his findings. I always receive the complete inspection report a few hours after it has taken place. Craig will hop on a call with me to further explain any of the findings.
