This is the second inspection within 6 weeks we do with Wise Inspections. Once again, they knocked the ball out of the park. They were prompt and available to meet our needs. The Inspector, Peter Salazar, arrived early. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He did a very thorough inspection and a fantastic job. I highly recommend Wise Insoections.

Craig Falk is absolutely fantastic. He is always available and responsive, even when I need to schedule an inspection at the last minute. He makes the entire process so easy and is always there to answer any questions I or my clients may have from start to finish.

Prompt and polite and quick the price seemed a little high but not excessive

Extremely thorough and did not mind answering the tidle wave of questions we were asking being this is our first home purchase. Professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We opted for a last minute air quality test for mold, definitely saved us a lot of headaches down the road.

I have gotten 2 inspections done from this company. Craig the general manager is extremely responsive and you can tell he has a keen interest and expertise in this industry. Peter has been the home inspector assigned to both jobs, he is a great guy, knows what he is doing and walks you through the property explaining his findings. I always receive the complete inspection report a few hours after it has taken place. Craig will hop on a call with me to further explain any of the findings.

He answered my call on a Saturday night at 6 PM and sent me aall information that I needed for my insurance company. Which saved me From a lot of trouble with a Monday deadline.
