Wise inspection was prompt and thorough.

They were professional. Easy to schedule. Answered the buyer's questions about items noted on the inspection. I would consider them again. The only feedback I would offer is trying to incorporate a pest control company that is familiar with the federal form to used for the WDO for FHA & VA loans. It would have loved to have hired your firm at the same time as the primary home inspection versus having to call a separate company.

I use Wise Inspections because of many reasons. One, I can't afford having any post problems, and they are my insurance. My buyers and sellers always tell me how great they are. Their reports are extremely comprehensive and you can speak to an inspector or manager anytime about your report. I give them an A+!
