We had a short time frame to get a 4 point and wind mitigation for insurance on a new home and Craig and the Wise Inspections staff came through. Scheduled the full home inspection for the next day. Felipe the inspector took his time to make sure we knew everything about the house. They even scheduled a sewer scope which gave us very important insight into the condition of the pipes. I can’t find one thing negative to say about them. The communication was so proactive from the first call to receiving the reports.
