10/10 experience wise inspections is definitely recommend. They were very informative also helpful. Even though it was the weekend they also were so quick to answer all my questions and offer assistance even after the inspection was complete. Phil basically held my hand throughout the whole inspection and made sure to keep me informed also educate me on everything that he was doing also his findings. Craig was also great and I’m so glad i listened to his advice. From the start from getting quotes to the very end i am beyond satisfied with my experience.

Wise came highly recommended by our realtor. I was even more impressed by the experience. We had a short time frame to get a 4 point and wind mitigation for insurance on a new home and Craig and the Wise Inspections staff came through. Scheduled the full home inspection for the next day. Felipe the inspector took his time to make sure we knew everything about the house. They even scheduled a sewer scope which gave us very important insight into the condition of the pipes. I can’t find one thing negative to say about them. The communication was so proactive from the first call to receiving the reports.
