Wise inspections I’ve used twice now, I’d highly recommend them for any of your needs. They were extremely thorough and explained everything to us as necessary. Amazing team.

inspector was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. report was transmitted quickly and in an extremely timely manner. He immediately responded to phone contact for clarification when requested.

Terry did an excellent job with his inspection of my new home which was 28 years old. He was at the house for almost 2 hours (and it's less than 2000 sq feet). He did a thorough job of looking/evaluating everything. It was raining hard when he was supposed to go on the roof but waited until it abated and then completed the job. He spoke to me and gave me a comprehensive assessment of everything including things that required immediate attention by a specialist compared to things that were less urgent and just be done by a handyman. I highly recommend Terry to anyone needing an inspection.

They were incredibly thorough and provided detailed reports with picture documentation for the following inspections: 4 Point plus wind mitigation, termite, pool, septic tank, thermal, irrigation as well as mold since the property had prior water damage remediation. I am extremely pleased with my recent home inspection that was done by Wise Inspections. Jason was very knowledgeable and detailed in his examination. He patiently explained levels of concern for each exception that he found. I particularly liked that he provided a summary that was color coded, so I could know at a glance, which issues he considered to be major areas of concern. Jason thoroughly identified issues by description and by photographs. He pointed out things that I would need to know as the new home buyer. His comprehensive report gave me peace of mind in the decision-making of this significant investment.

Update 1/27/26. Repeat client 3 months later....would not use a different company. Very through yet again, but hopefully this property is the one... they are the best IMO. - November 2025 -My realtor set me up with wise inspections, I couldn't be at the property and was concerned about certain areas that would get overlooked. I received an in depth full report with photos and video, later the same evening. The inspector pointed out my concerns plus things I didn't even notice...I would definitely recommend wise inspections 10 out of 10... very impressed!
