Used White Glove for my last two home inspections, and the whole experience is outstanding. The reports are comprehensive and easy to understand. Reports explain how things work in your house, and there’s a cool feature at the end where you can easily generate a repair request list for the seller. Shout out to Mitchel who respectfully answered all my questions during inspection and explained everything he observed. WG is prompt, thorough, and the way to go for your home inspections.

Roy is the best! He was there early doing the drone of the roof of the house we are buying in Campton Hills / St. Charles area. When we arrived, he told us the plan and got right to work on the inside of the house. He explained issues to us in layman’s terms and was very personable and friendly. He even spoke to us on the phone after and explained some items that came up on the inspection report. My father-in-law, who is a general contractor, read the report and said it was a very thorough and good report. He said, “This inspector was very good to catch these things.” Thank you, Roy!! You’re the best!! Also, a shoutout to all the office staff like Jillian, Jakki , Cole, and Millie for helping us before and after the inspection. Thank you!!

The entire team at White Glove is fabulous.
Right from getting a quote, details of coverage and explanation of specific requirements like Mold check was very well done.

On the inspection day Brian was present ahead of time. All throughout the inspection he would give an update immediately when he noticed something. He was clear in what is a must fix vs can wait. Also took our follow up calls and explained our choices re fix and their implications/considerations.

Had an inspection done in crest Hill, Illinois. Paul was very friendly, And he explained everything to me. I was very pleased with the service.

It was a great inspection; Roy explained everything in detail and did an excellent job.

We are building a new home in the Lisle, IL area and are so pleased to have found White Glove Building Inspections.

We bundled our inspections together for our new build and were so pleased with the cost and service, however I can't recommend paying more for quality service when it comes to inspecting your home. Bruce was our inspector for our pre-drywall and Roy completed our pre-close final inspection today. Both inspectors were friendly, prompt, and setting everything up logistically pre-inspections was straightforward via email and online portals.

Both inspectors walked us through their findings after the appointment and we feel so much better knowing that we know the ins and outs of our new home.
