This is the second time I’ve used White Glove Building Inspection, and once again they exceeded my expectations. This time it was for a new build Phase 2 pre-drywall inspection. The team was professional, thorough, and extremely detailed in their observations. I truly appreciate their careful attention to detail and clear communication throughout the process. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a reliable home inspection service.

This was our second time working with Roy, and honestly, we would not choose anyone else. The first time we met him, we immediately felt comfortable and confident in his work. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and very straightforward.

When we needed another inspection, we specifically asked for Roy because we truly trust his expertise. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you understand what is important versus what is minor. There is no pressure, just honest guidance.

Besides being friendly and professional, Mitchel was incredibly thorough and honest, which I appreciated very much. He prepared us for conversations and pointed out areas, which were a focus. He was detailed and was patient and willing to explain everything to us, and the report came out the very next morning. Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to have Michael complete the inspection. He was a rockstar. He arrived early, started correspondence with my brother then met with me , giving me a complete rundown of his process . He kept me updated during the entire process and once complete he ran through his findings with us. I appreciate that he did this, even there was a fully detailed report that he was working on sending to my email It's just nice to hear from the technician himself. The way he explained it was very digestible and factual. Obviously some homeowners are going to have emotional connections towards their house which he approached very sensitively, which I appreciate.

The whole process beginning to end quite easy through white glove's website. I was able to sign the necessary documents via E sign and pay online with no hiccups Making the whole process extremely easy.

Our inspector, Bruce, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and thorough analysis throughout the entire process.

His expertise in older homes built on slab foundations was invaluable for identifying issues related to foundation integrity, plumbing systems, moisture leaks, mold growth, fire hazards, and cracks on both the interior and exterior of the house.

Their customer service department was excellent to work with. Cole, Jackie and Jillian were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. In fact, Cole saved me at least two hundred dollars!! They answered all my questions immediately by phone and email.

11 Month Warranty Inspection: Covered outside and inside of home including roof and attic. Very Knowledgeable, glad I had it done, I missed so much on initial walk through. Hopefully Lennar will cover the summary of issues

Our White Glove Inspector Paul did an outstanding job! Our home is new construction and Paul alerted us to defects that were not brought to our attention by the builder's inspection. Paul also provided us with a few additional things to keep in mind as our home settles.

The inspected house is located in Mundelein IL. The inspector Roy was very knowledgeable and thorough. The final report was timely, and easy to read and understand.

Thorough, honest, and very professional

My realtor recommended White Glove for a home inspection, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the client care coordinators were super helpful and courteous; I called back several times with extra questions, and they never made me feel like a bother. The company also has excellent communication, including sending helpful text reminders leading up to the appointment.

Mitchel arrived early and had already begun examining the exterior of the home before I arrived. He was exceptionally professional and thorough, which gave me total peace of mind for a home built in the 1940s. At the same time, Mitchel was very personable and told me the truth about what he found, providing a level of honesty that is hard to find. He basically saved me from making a major mistake. I am so very appreciative.
