I had a superb experience with Roy and Elliot! They are professional, thorough and patient. As a first time buyer for a single family home, I'm not really familiar with any of the potential problems in a 30+ year house. Roy walked me through every single details and provided me with deep knowledge from minor cosmetic issues to major safety hazards and structural problems.
