My inspector Robert was outstanding as he went through the house. He did a very good detailed job. He answered all my questions. I think I got on his nerve a little bit, but still, he answered all my questions pointed out important things to me. I can’t say enough for him. If I have to call on him to do anything else he would be the person that I called Robert was very professional. He taught me through certain things that I was confused about and he made it a very easy and pleasant Inspection I would like to thank him Millie and all the other support reps that helped he was an SF inspector. I cannot express how happy I was with my inspection. From setting up the appointment to the actual inspection, the whole experience was painless, straightforward, professional and informative.

The Client Care Coordinators, Jackie/Cole/Millie/ Jillian (I talked to them all though multiple calls) all were very kind and patient during the set up even with the extra time I needed to make sure scheduling worked with my relator. They offered me plenty of times to set up the appointment which worked around my schedule perfectly.

The inspector, Roy, was a treat to work with as well. He was humorous, informative, and attentive to all my questions and concerns.
