We had an excellent experience with White Glove Building Inspections in Naperville. We hired them for both a general home inspection and a separate EIFS/stucco inspection, and I was very happy with the service from start to finish.

Michael and Bruce were both extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They took the time to explain their findings clearly, answer all of my questions, and went above and beyond what I expected from a typical inspection. I especially appreciated the level of detail during the EIFS/stucco evaluation and how carefully they documented areas of concern.

Highly recommend white glove for home inspection. Whatever you do, DO NOT go with the inspectors your realtor tried to get you to use. We made sure to hire White Glove independently and they always made clear that they were working for us - not the sellers, not the realtors, not the lawyers, US. And we benefitted so much by having such a legit inspection company on our side!
They were able to successfully recognize mold that the sellers contractor missed. They do mold testing so we could without a doubt confirm it was mold when the sellers contractor tried to claim it was mildew. They saved us so much money and also health issues by meticulously identifying mold, a crack in the basement, and radon.
We used Mitchell and he is a great guy - professional, friendly and efficient. We had him come back for the final walkthrough which is where he spotted that the sellers missed...

This is my first commercial inspection, I didn't know what to expect. On the day of the inspection we got there a little earlier and Bruce, the inspector was already there covering the outside.
He went over everything, he knew what he was doing. Once done he explained to me what he checked. A day later he had a report done, sent to me in a email.
He explained everything I needed to know for me to take a decision.
The inspection was clear and complete.
