Used White Glove for my last two home inspections, and the whole experience is outstanding. The reports are comprehensive and easy to understand. Reports explain how things work in your house, and there’s a cool feature at the end where you can easily generate a repair request list for the seller. Roy is the best! He was there early doing the drone of the roof of the house we are buying in Campton Hills / St. Charles area. When we arrived, he told us the plan and got right to work on the inside of the house. He explained issues to us in layman’s terms and was very personable and friendly. He even spoke to us on the phone after and explained some items that came up on the inspection report. My father-in-law, who is a general contractor, read the report and said it was a very thorough and good report. He said, “This inspector was very good to catch these things.” Thank you, Roy!!
