I used White Glove to conduct an inspection for a property I was in the process of purchasing on Chicago's south side. Paul, the inspector, was very thorough and knowledgeable with the inspection process and provided excellent communication. I'm not sure if this is typical, but the turnaround time for receiving the report was 24 hours!!

I would recommend this company to anyone for property inspection needs.

Michael did a great job inspecting and explaining all of the issues to us including how important or cosmetic each is. It is helpful for a buyer to be able list what is necessary to request seller to fix vs what can be handled later after purchase.
