Michael did a great job inspecting and explaining all of the issues to us including how important or cosmetic each is. It is helpful for a buyer to be able list what is necessary to request seller to fix vs what can be handled later after purchase.

Michael Schroeder and his team did a great job inspecting the new home we had purchased in Sycamore, Illinois. We requested a couple of key focus areas that were critical for the inspection and he followed up with a quick meeting before he left to review the overall findings of the survey with focus on those key areas in more detail. White gloves building inspections inspected the sale of our home as well as the home that we just contracted to purchase!

It’s been a while since I have used White Gove Inspections and the professionalism remains the best! Paul our inspector was very thorough and explained certain concerns that he had during his visit.
