I’m so glad I chose this company for my home inspection. The inspector Robert was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Walked me through everything in detail and left nothing unanswered. Took his time and made sure I was well aware of everything every step of the way. 10/10 would use them again!

I had a great experience, I was worried due to a lower yelp review score, but decided to give them a try. I worked with Robert and Jose, there were some others on the back end but the ones i had direct (face to face) contact were Robert and Jose.

They completed a home inspection in the south suburbs. They were personable, concise and direct, amenable, willing to explain when I asked questions, and would use a little humor when needed.

They completed the basic inspection (perimeter, outside, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but I also purchased the radon, mold, and sewer scope.

There was no rush, they were through, and would work to accommodate any requests.

Honestly they killed it plain and simple.

Michael was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and informative. Went above and beyond and answered all my questions!

Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. They did an SF Inspection for me on a home I was purchasing and the whole experience was great! Mitchel was my inspector and he was a good man and thorough. He showed up with the right tech and checked EVERYTHING. He showed me his findings, kept me informed, and the report was very detailed! The office staff I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable as well! I've experienced first-hand and had family experience the effects of a bad home inspection. These guys may cost a little more than the "I know a guy" home inspector, but it is absolutely worth the money to save Potential heartache and thousands down the line!

Michael and Robert came out to our potential new home in the Cathedral area of Joliet. He was insanely thorough and walked us through things exactly as we needed him to. They didn’t talk to us like we were clueless, but more informational. It was a pleasure having Michael show us around and explain things for us. Robert gave us all the tools we needed and explained the sewer part in depth. Appreciate all the help and will recommend to anyone who’s asking for a referral!

Had an excellent inspector in Michael. Super chill and knowledgeable. Extremely helpful as a first time homebuyer. He took his time to explain everything he could to me. I will be recommending this company from now on. Do not waste your time on using an inspector recommended by your realtor, they will do anything in their power to make sure they close the sale. Great warranty added at no extra cost and very detailed emails at every step of the inspection, including the warranty information. Roy was a great home inspector thorough and friendly, took time to answer all of our questions as well.

Roy did a great job. He arrived early and got to work right away. He organized his time by working through different sections of the house, then came back to explain what he had done and what he found. We were very happy with the work he completed and would gladly use him and the company again.
