Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. They did an SF Inspection for me on a home I was purchasing and the whole experience was great! Mitchel was my inspector and he was a good man and thorough. He showed up with the right tech and checked EVERYTHING. He showed me his findings, kept me informed, and the report was very detailed! The office staff I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable as well! I've experienced first-hand and had family experience the effects of a bad home inspection. These guys may cost a little more than the "I know a guy" home inspector, but it is absolutely worth the money to save Potential heartache and thousands down the line!

Michael and Robert came out to our potential new home in the Cathedral area of Joliet. He was insanely thorough and walked us through things exactly as we needed him to. They didn’t talk to us like we were clueless, but more informational. It was a pleasure having Michael show us around and explain things for us. Robert gave us all the tools we needed and explained the sewer part in depth. Appreciate all the help and will recommend to anyone who’s asking for a referral!

Roy was a great home inspector thorough and friendly, took time to answer all of our questions as well.

Roy did a great job. He arrived early and got to work right away. He organized his time by working through different sections of the house, then came back to explain what he had done and what he found. We were very happy with the work he completed and would gladly use him and the company again.

I was lucky enough to have Michael complete the inspection. He was a rockstar. He arrived early, started correspondence with my brother then met with me , giving me a complete rundown of his process . He kept me updated during the entire process and once complete he ran through his findings with us. I appreciate that he did this, even there was a fully detailed report that he was working on sending to my email It's just nice to hear from the technician himself. The way he explained it was very digestible and factual. Obviously some homeowners are going to have emotional connections towards their house which he approached very sensitively, which I appreciate.

His expertise in older homes built on slab foundations was invaluable for identifying issues related to foundation integrity, plumbing systems, moisture leaks, mold growth, fire hazards, and cracks on both the interior and exterior of the house.

Their customer service department was excellent to work with. Cole, Jackie and Jillian were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. In fact, Cole saved me at least two hundred dollars!! They answered all my questions immediately by phone and email.
